This Beachfront/Oceanfront Penthouse Villa boasts hosting Robert Downey Jr. while filming Tropic Thunder. Come stay with us for breathtaking views of the sparkling azure blue Pacific waters!

This stunning two bedroom, three bathroom Ocean Front Penthouse Villa features one king-sized 'Heavenly Bed', a queen size bed in the 2nd master suite and queen size sofa sleeper comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom and the living room have LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions. The three bathrooms, include two with showers and one bathroom has a jacuzzi tub! There is central AC in the condo as well as a washer/dryer for you to use for laundry!

The furniture and accessory package is top of the line with granite countertops, Peruvian travertine stone, plush carpet, custom African mahogany cabinetry and tinted Fleetwood windows to ensure privacy. The gourmet kitchen boasts brushed stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf cook-top, Convection oven and built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Call today to book your dream vacation!

This luxurious family friendly resort has all the modern day amenities you would expect from a Five-Star Resort, including a heated water lazy river pool with three waterfalls, two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, children's sandy beach pool, a beachfront restaurant and bar, and the Spa by the Sea.

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

This condo was first class all the way! The interior was exactly as described and matched the pictures. The view of the ocean was the best ever! We spent so much time on the patio just taking it all in! I would 100% recommend this condo!

This is a wonderful rental. You cannot get a better view on the island in my opinion. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, pull out is was what you would expect of one. Fine for kids, but for an adult, it wouldn’t be ideal. Loved the fact that we had three bathrooms. Only downside of the resort is the lack of a bar or food during the day. The restaurant on site doesn’t open until 4 PM. But there are tons of good restaurants nearby that are both walkable and drivable. Plus the Safeway across the street is ideal, along with a Starbucks! I really love the fact that we were halfway between north shore of Hanalei Bay and Princeville, and Poipu Beach on the south side of the island.

Wonderful condo in an ideal location. The wrap around lanai provided hours of calm, peaceful, ocean viewing. More exciting activities were just minutes away, e.g., snorkeling, riding waves, and, even a zip line adventure. We thank the owner for making their place available. It set the standard for future stays in Kauai.

Great location and beautiful condo

Our condo at Wapouli was great for our family of six - we had plenty of room to spread out and the location is terrific. Our grandsons loved the pool and we enjoyed many hours on the slides.

Beautiful homebase for exploring Kauai

The oceanfront penthouse had every amenity we needed. The views were amazing and the central location made it a great midway point for exploring. Will definitely book again next time we visit the garden isle.

Perfect location

This condo had a perfect location and might possibly have the best view at the resort. It has a private home setting with a resort atmosphere right around the corner.

Our family stayed here for a week and loved it! It has an amazing view and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. It was spacious and well equipped for our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation condo

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here. The wide span of views around the house, easy access to the beach without crowds while also having a pool with slides to jump into - everyone across our three generational family stay really enjoyed it. On top of it - we enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning right from the lanai.
