Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Ocean Oasis", Condo #1701 is located in Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $105 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes & the amenity armbands for your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height of the garage is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

There's a regular drip & Keurig coffee pot, as well as a kettle for the coffee & tea lovers in your group.

Continuing on with the open floor plan brings you to the dining area & living room. The dining area has a dining table for perfect for casual to formal dinners and the breakfast bar is perfect setting up a buffet or eating a quick snack. Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights. The VIEWS from the living area are truly breathtaking, and you will love ending your day in one of the balcony chairs, enjoying drinks as the sun goes down!

The Master Bedroom is its own retreat, with a King bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity, and a tub/ shower combination. The front guest bedroom features a King bed, plenty of storage and its own ensuite with a tub/shower combination as well. . The middle Guest Room has a Queen bed, and ensuite bathroom that connects to the rest of the condo. There's a queen sleeper sofa and full size hideaway bed allowing this condo to sleep 10.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
