Oceanfront unit on the water! This UPPER UNIT sits directly on the ocean, with an unbelievable rooftop deck, covering the entire roof of the home. Views of the Pacific Ocean do not get better than this! Enjoy the views all day long in the gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances including a Viking stove, or on the rooftop deck. All your bakeware, cookware, and linens are included. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! Great beachfront for a group

This unit had a convenient beachfront location with large gathering spaces for dining and enjoying views of ocean and sunset. Property managers responded quickly to our requests for assistance and allowed some members of the group to stay several hours past check-out time as consideration for maintenance issues we encountered. All in all, we would choose to rent again.

This was a great place for a small family reunion

We gathered the kids and grandkids and spent a week together here - no problems at all, plenty of useful kitchen utensils, a washer-dryer, a hot tub and for the most part good weather. Plus well located so easy to walk to wherever we wanted. The garage is a fine two car garage but you do NOT want to have a huge car - it's fine for basic sedan but a bit tight [for me] tho we had no real issues. It was a good time, enough room and beds for all and separate areas if we wanted to get away.

Excellent Destination in All Respects

We visited for a large family reunion and were blown away by the house. It was exactly as described and as pictured in the listing. The view was amazing and the living/dining areas easily accommodated our large gathering. The kitchen was well appointed and we were very impressed with the quality of the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. So often those are all in terrible shape and we always cook virtually every meal on our trips. Somebody from the management company met us at the property when we checked in and again when we checked out to make sure we were settled and didn't have any questions. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was not a problem. The unit is a short (10-15 minute) walk to the train station, downtown Oceanside, and the main beach/pier. Everyone in our group was very pleased with the visit and we would definitely book it again for future reunions.

Massive house

We had a great time with our 4 families. The bedrooms were spacious and all had attached bathrooms. We had several cars and finding street parking was not a problem even on a holiday weekend. The house is massive, the common areas could easily accommodate groups of us to hangout and chat and eat while hearing the waves crash just below from one of the multiple decks. There is a giant room with a large screen tv, ping pong table, and two foldout couches where the kids pretty much spent all their time. It’s an easy walk to the pier, and just a little further to the marina. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely stay here again.

Kitchen appliances need attention

Fabulous location. Lots of room. Kitchen appliances need attention. The microwave is loose not the wall. The bottom rack in dishwasher doesn't roll. The floors were not clean. Oceanfront was very nice. We saw dolphins everyday.

Nice home, but not very well kept

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from back of home was absolutely beautiful. But the home wasn't very well kept. Rooms dusty, spider webs, furniture old in need of replacing. Hot tub had public hair floating, inside. We had connection issues with wifi for neatly half our stay. Key pads unable to be used from garage, so we had to enter from the side of home. Patio umbrella, nroken— unusable. Customer service was available and kind, however it didn't rectify the issue.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this beach house for a work retreat for 8 people. the size was great and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was small and all of the appliances needed maintenance, but we were able to make them work. the fridge did not close properly, the stove grates were uneven so it made it difficult to cook and there was no garbage disposal. The listing advertised AC but it was pretty spotty throughout the house with some rooms having it and others not and others with AC units hanging on the windows. Fortunately it was not too hot so, again, we made it work. Definitely a great location, but they should do some general maintenance if they want a 5 star rating.

Overall it is a very nice spacious place with plenty of bedrooms (w/ baths-showers). The large recreation room on the second floor was especially useful for large group meeting (16). The kitchen dining area was adequate for the entire group to eat together. Our only flaws were not enough dinner plates (only 9) and one clogged sink in one of the bedrooms. Since there aren't any sandy beach areas close by there was plenty of street parking for our group. The direct way of checking in and out is very simple and the communication with the property owners before, during and after the visit was very good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Amazing Oceanfront Unit. We would definitely stay here again. It very comfortably slept our entire large family. There were plenty of rooms and multiple common areas so we never felt like we were on top of each other. There was a place for everyone to hang out or play or just be quiet. The location overall was great overlooking the water. The beach is a little bit of a walk. If the tide is out there is a tiny beach area close to the house, but we only caught that once when we were wanting to play. There are a lot of stairs and a lot of levels. Overall everything was in good condition. The dishwasher was a bit irritating as it would tip forward if both racks were open and the bottom rack didn't have wheels on one side. That was minor issue with pretty much everything else being great.

Amazing place for our big family

We had such an amazing time. This place was perfect. We loved the rooftop deck and large gathering spaces. Enough rooms and beds for everyone plus more. Very quick and responsive when we need something. Loved the washer and dryer. Kitchen was big and spacious to prepare and serve food. The long dining room table was perfect for a memorable family game night. We enjoyed our walks to the sandy beach, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful view

We stayed for a long weekend with our extended family and had a wonderful time despite multiple maintenance issues and fees for everything. The house has so many stairs and we had elderly that had difficulty navigating. We were told we had to pay for the elevator but that it doesn’t really work, so we opted out. The thermostat wasn’t working, the kitchen sink drain got clogged right away, and the dishwasher was falling out of the cabinetry. The electricity went out on the rooftop from a short in the hot tub outlet. The management was pretty responsive and did get everything fixed but not until the second day. Despite all of this we really loved the location and views, we walked into the cute downtown area everyday, the kids could ride scooters on the boardwalk. The house is great for friends and family to gather for a good time.

Great stay

This was an absolute beautiful property and VERY spacious with the most amazing views! The ONLY thing that kind of sucked is the late check in and having such an early check out time... but other than that. It was a great time!

Celebrations - 20 years cancer free and a 40th b'day

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It couldn't have been any better. There were 15 of us and everyone had a place to sleep and every bedroom had a bathroom. The view was spectacular and God blessed us with perfect weather - the sun coming out by 9 AM (No June Gloom!) Kitchen was spacious and plenty of dishes. The cooking utensils were OK, but not really good. There was a coffee pot, but the filters (probably left by a previous occupant) didn't fit...but we made it work. For a occupancy of 15, a spa that only works for 3 adults was OK, but not everyone went in. Only wish it could have been longer.

Beautiful Beachfront Getaway

We enjoyed a beach walk in the morning and grilling during sunset on the roof. Lunch at LTH was good as well. We'll definitely be coming back.
