This stunning 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom oceanfront duplex offers supreme comfort, and breathtaking views for up to 15 guests. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with plush bedding and unique coastal touches. The primary suite features a king bed, while additional rooms offer a mix of king, full, and twin bunk beds—perfect for families and groups.

Enjoy the open-concept living space with panoramic doors leading to a private patio, BBQ grill, and fire pit—ideal for relaxing or entertaining with the ocean as your backdrop. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, and all the essentials for a seamless stay.

Unwind in the private spa, cozy up by the fireplace, or enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. With five full bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry, this home has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.

AC: This property features wall-mounted air conditioning units, offering efficient cooling for individual rooms. It’s perfect for maintaining a comfortable climate without taking up extra space. Easy to control and designed for targeted comfort.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

They were available by phone or text when we needed them, sent check-in texts throughout the weekend with little tips like where to find detergent, and check out was a breeze. No cleaning necessary! Really easy experience overall and everything worked well

The views were stunning. The check-in was easy and the management was very responsive. The microwave broke and was replaced within three hours! Amazing! We had a variety of ages from 84 to 10 and everyone had a marvelous time. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

Beach stay

The location is wonderful. There were some issues with appliances that weren't great such as the bar-b-que didn't work, the refrigerator created condensation on contents, one stove burner was difficult to turn off. The site can accommodate a large group comfortably.

Amazing views and sounds

The location was perfect, down the street from Beacons. The home was lovely with amazing views and incredible sounds of the waves crashing onto the shore. The only negative would be that the hot tub was just lukewarm, but I'd recommend this home and we would stay here again.

Not what expected

The house was great location. Could not have been better, but the photos of the property were not reflective of the actual property. House was more like a hostel than a luxury home. Bedrooms were basic and small, living room was not comfortable, and bathrooms small

Girl's weekend

We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but feel like there’s some key information missing on this listing. The property is a duplex, so while the area is private, you can hear the other tenants especially if you are both on the patios at the same time. There is a noise curfew which begins nightly at 9 PM. Even with the windows and patio doors closed, we still received a message from the property company regarding the noise. With 15 people in one space, it’s had to prevent voices from carrying. The home does not match exactly as pictured. The space was clean, a little outdated, and some of the decor elements/enhancements shown in the photos were not present in the home. Also, one of the bedrooms listed as a bunk actually has a Trundle with a rollaway bed underneath. It still sleeps two but felt that detail should have been listed, especially because the room was small and with both beds pulled out there is very little walking space. There are fans in each room but no central A/C. We did have an issue with one of the showers. Once we alerted the property company they had someone out quickly and fixed it within the day. We were very thankful for their quick action on that! All and all we enjoyed our stay and the area was great with many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Just think some important details are missing from the listing.

One day two night stay

We were only there for two nights, which equates to one day. The property was beautiful. Sleeping options worked for us. Favorite parts were the kitchen, the outdoor dining table and the jacuzzi with an amazing view.

Beach Getaway was AMAZING!

Loved this stay. Exactly what our group needed for a good getaway. Everything was clean upon arrival, and we loved all the extra amenities provided. We did not interact with the other guests staying on the second part of the property much, but we both respected each other’s group. Would definitely go again!

Great beachfront vacation

Very nice property, great deck that opens to the indoor space. The property is a duplex that has a balcony overlooking the main patio. This was a little awkward, but the family that was staying there was great. The house is one of the few rentals in the area and we did get a text message from the property manager about noise after 9pm. In fairness, we may have been a little loud and the sound seems to carry. Otherwise, nice place for family and friends and Encinitas is a fun town and location.

Location. Location. location. The house sits on top of the beach cliff side with magnificent views and hearing waves breaking on the shore. The house is greatly located in this beach resort, where restaurants, shops and stores are within walking distance. There is some information however that should be noted. Parking. The property states there is parking for 4 vehicles. The only vehicles that can fit, would be 4 compact cars, We had 3 medium size SUV’s and 1 Suburban, The jacuzzi would not heat up. We contacted the property manager on the day upon arrival and still could not resolve and operate on our 4th day. After looking at past reviews, clearly this has been an issue on many occasions. Please fix or remove for future guests so they don’t have the same problem and expectation. The locks on all both glass doors leading outside would not lock. We were a little hesitant to leave the property, however the house was never unoccupied for more than an hour. Beacon Beach which is located one block south of the property, was closed due to a landslide. The next available beach open was a couple miles south. It looks like one time the property had beach access, however was eroded due to weather or a landslide. Lastly, the bottom outside area is dedicated to the residents of the rented property. The second floor balcony is dedicated to the renters on the north side of the same property. The third floor balcony is shared by each master bedrooms for each rented property. Overall, our trip was amazing, however just wish some amenities and issues were addressed immediately considering the amount of money we spent four 4 days.

Amazing views

Amazing place for my son's proposal gathering. We have a great few days and the views were breath taking. We would choose this location again. We would also recommend this location for anyone.

Great location, perfect coffee mornings.

Our group had a nice stay at this property. The hot tub took some maintenance but the response to our concern was immediate and the problem was solved. The house definitely photographs slightly better than reality. I’m glad there were not people staying in attached unit otherwise it would have been a different experience. Not quite as private as advertised. Beach access is just a short walk away and the sunrises and sunsets on the outside deck make it all very worth it. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic Views - Very Clean

The views are everything you see in the photos, and more. The house was clean and comfortable. The Hot Tub/Jacuzzi worked great. The other half of the condo was rented by some great people and you could hardly hear them. Vrbo promptly provided a crib and basket of toys for the baby (9 mos old), and they were great. The ONLY things I wish were improved: a variety of games to play as a family (cards, board games, etc) and earlier check-in/later check-out.

Beautiful House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great for a large group. It was very clean. The view is spectacular, and it is not far from the beach. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. We found few minor things that needed upkeep, but notified Beachfront Only.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay. Place was clean and ready for the group to arrive. Check-in/out was easy, no issues. For guests to better prepared, it would be good to clarify that there is only one private bathroom and that there is no beach access except for the public access down the street. We would not have rented it for these reasons. The house could be refreshed because everything is outdated and worn.

Highly recommend this property! We had a group of 10 for a reunion of college friends and it couldn’t have been a more perfect stay. Comfortable house with everything you need for a wonderful escape to the beach.

The views

Overall incredible experience at this beach front property. So Many rooms and plenty of space for our guests. The only downside is the fridge hardly kept things cold and the jacuzzi never got hot.
