With the fully equipped kitchen, Central Air, TV in every bedroom, Large 50" Hi Def TV in a spacious Living room. And don’t miss out on the huge screened in deck which can accommodate a large crowd no matter what the weather. You can swim, fish, sun worship or just relax and enjoy watching the dolphins play in the water. Just three miles from Cape May Proper where you’ll find beautiful ocean beaches and quaint shopping. Plenty of restaurants from burgers to the fine dining. If Wineries or Breweries are more your taste, there are numerous options close by. Cape May and Hawk Haven Wineries, Gusto, Cold Springs and Cape May Breweries are all within a 5 mile drive. You can park your car in the spacious driveway and leave it there all week. Walk to the beach or the restaurant Harpoon's on the Bay for casual dining with the kids or for a romantic getaway week alone.

My family and I absolutely love staying at this property. This is our third year staying here and it is always perfection. There is plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 dog to stay for two weeks and not get in each others way. The bay beach is less than a block away and there is plenty of beach equipment. The owners, Gerry and Cheryl are easily accessible and always very nice deal with. The location is great for peace and tranquility but there are a lot of activities just a short drive away. All in all I would recommend this house for a great shore experience.

Great location and relaxing

Great location. Close to beach, quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room. Kitchen was oddly furnished. There was everything, but on the other hand not a complete set of dishes. Food/drinks in cabinets from previous guests or owners was confusing.

Milliman Family Beach Trip

Perfect, quiet spot for family. You can walk to the bay and see the sunset and dolphins. Short drive to the ocean side beach.

Great 10 days!

We had a fabulous stay here. The proximity to the Bay was great and the sunsets were some of the most beautiful I have seen. The house was perfect for us and the porch was a great place for us all to gather.

Beautiful vacation home in Town Bank

My family and I had a very relaxing stay here. We enjoyed the awesome bay beach during the day and the beautiful screen porch in the evenings. We shopped on Washington Street, just a ten minute ride to Cape May, and ate dinner at some of the many fine restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great time.

Very spacious house in a great neighborhood!

My family loved this house, especially the enormous screeed in back porch. The lovely bay beach is a half block away—perfect for morning/evening walks or days when you don’t feel like making the trek to the cape may beaches. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extras the hosts provided, things like advil in the medicine cabinet and backup poop bags. Very unusual in a rental and such a nice surprise. Honestly my family loved this place. We had a great time!!

Family Beach Vacation

My family really enjoyed the property! Loved the location , beautiful sunsets on the bay and my dogs loved running on the beach! We were so happy at the beach there that we didn’t go onto Cape May Beach! My 3 year old granddaughter loved the horseshoe crabs and saw dolphins! We especially loved the large screened porch! The house had everything you could need ! Thank you

Perfect Spot for Family Vacation

This pet friendly home was perfect for our yearly family vacation. We all (especially our dog and cat) loved the large screened in porch. The wooded residential area where it was located truly felt like a home away from home. Being able to walk only half a block to watch the sun set over the Delaware Bay was awesome.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

We were looking for a home where we could enjoy Cape May with our children, grand daughter, their spouses and dogs. This house fit our needs perfectly. The homeowners have gone out of their way to make their home comfortable for guests. I love the little beachy touches all over the house. The screened porch is spectacular and the fully fenced yard was an unexpected surprise. We loved having the beach at the end of the street where we could walk the dogs on the beach and the proximity to Cape May beaches was great. We had a great week and would highly recommend this property.

Bayside Retreat

We loved the sunsets, the spacious screened porch and the delightful outdoor shower! For swimming, plan to drive to an ocean beach, about 3 miles. Accommodations were comfortable for the 8 adults in our family. We are all cooks who found the kitchen crowded with things we didn’t need and not a lot of room for the food we brought. We managed with the pots, pans and dishes found but missed things like a vegetable peeler. All in all we had a great time!

Great location. Peaceful with the Cape May town center a 10 minute drive away.

Love Town Bank on the shores of the Deleware Bay. Great vibe, friendly people and unbelievable sunsets. Gerry’s house was perfect for our family. The screened in deck, off street parking, large property and Cape May beach passes are a plus. It was a family vacation that will be remembered.

Amazing beach house!

The owner of the property was so sweet and accommodating. The house was only a block from the bay. It is spotlessly clean when we arrived. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

new found favorite spot

This was the first time in North Cape May. We usually stayed in Wildwood Crest but decided to do something different. We also wanted to bring our dogs. The house was perfect! It fit our 5 adult kids and our grandbaby comfortably. The big screened in wrap around porch was my favorite spot to gather as a family. A very short walk to the bay where the sunsets were beautiful on a nice quiet beach. And for the bigger waves, it was a short drive to Cape May Beach. Best of both worlds. Gerry was a fantastic host as well!

Quiet getaway

We had an excellent week at Gerry’s beach house! It was just steps from the beach! This was great for our family and 3 year old as we made frequent trips from the house to the beach. The porch was my favorite part! We spent our nights playing cards and relaxing.

Great location

This property is a great location just a few houses from the bay. Communication with Gerry was very easy. Plenty of space and much more for all 6 of us. The outside screened in porch was a dream! Huge with plenty of space and great seating for everyone. We replaced the empty tank and grilled 9/6/2020. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Dishwasher is a plus!

PERFECT RENTAL PROPERTY

This house was exactly as described. We rented it for my Daughter's wedding in August 2010. The house and the area offered all the comforts of home. We were pleasantly surprised to find this house in very clean condition and super convenient to everything. The rental process was a pleasure from start to finish and the owner very helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay away from home yet at the same time feel right at home. Thank You Gerry(owner) for all your help. My house is very relaxing. If it rains you can enjoy the very large screened in porch. You can take a drink up to the bay and watch the sunsets. Or the wildlife including dolphins or osprey. Or for excitement you can drive to town for a fun night of dining and entertainment.
