The Beach Haus is located on a quiet neighborhood street right across the bridge from Holden Beach, NC and only 1.7 miles from the ocean. The immediate surrounding area (within one to two miles) is thriving and has grocery stores, beach stores, miniature golf, a water slide park, restaurants, antique shops, coffee shops, ice cream shops, boutiques, a public boat launch, public playgrounds, and a public splash pad.

🔹Pets are welcome for an additional $150. We can accommodate up to one house trained pet per stay. Please note: the yard is not entirely fenced in so you will need to bring a leash for your pet.

🔹Smoking and Vaping are ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted inside of the home. Guests can vape outside of the home but cigarette smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee for smoking anywhere on the premises.

🔹While our cottage can accommodate small events, large parties over the maximum number of guests (5) are not permitted. If you have a specific request please reach out.
