Thank you for sharing your feedback. Of course we understand everyone has their own insight, so I just want to share some feedback from our perspective since future potential guests can see your review and that it’s a 3 star review. We take a lot of pride in our home and make sure we are constantly improving it, fixing items, replacing decor, changing furniture, adding new items, Etc. Respectfully going to address Correine’s comments below: The listing title discloses that this is an upper unit. The stairs are rated for current code as we just remodeled and added the roof top addition, so everything had to be up to code. We even had to add the iron on the front balcony because the old balcony railing was not up to code. The parking information is also included in our description that’ it’s one spot, we are however in a better place since it’s not metered parking like other houses at the other end of balboa. Unfortunately, the beach is a hot commodity especially during spring break and summer. There is one home in front of ours to the the boardwalk. Can’t really get too much closer. We are a bit sad too that the home diagonally to the right recently added the three unit two story condo, which did take a huge chunk from our view, however that’s why the listing says views from rooftop, which is absolutely has. The construction has definitely been a nightmare with them building the lifeguard headquarters, which is also is cutting out some of our views we had. . . . All around a total bummer for us! We are very sorry that you weren’t impressed with our home. We really love our time there as this is a family vacation/rental for us, so we are sad you didn’t enjoy it as much we do. 😞
