* Tulum has experienced water supply interruptions in the area. In the event of a possible shortage, we will be attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
