Whether you`re planning a family getaway or a comfortable ski retreat, our townhome is 0.4 miles from Heavenly and steps away from their free shuttle (every 15 minutes). Tucked away on a wooded side street, we offer breathtaking mountain & peep lake views, so you can gaze through our windows and experience relaxation and bliss!

Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing on nearby trails with incredible views and family-friendly sledding hills.

Only a 10 minute drive from Heavenly Village and the Casinos, you will find an array of gourmet restaurants, chic bars, charming coffee shops, & live music venues, and you`ll have the opportunity to explore and discover all of the culinary delights and top-notch entertainment Tahoe has to offer.

PARKING:
Our community parking lot is located roughly 500 feet away from our front door. If you need to drop off your luggage when you first arrive, you are welcome to do so, but please limit loading and unloading time to 15-20 minutes.

SNOW PARKING NOTE: When overnight snowfall accumulates over 4”, you MUST have your vehicles moved out of the parking lot by 9AM so they can plow the parking lot. Vehicles cannot be returned to the parking lot until it has been plowed.

STAIRS : We have fully disclosed the stairs and we do not offer same day refunds if a member of your party cannot climb the stairs

Essentials Provided:
Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more!

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view but very high up in the mountain! Stairs are very steep, you can get winded/out of breath going up and down. Very pleased with the Hosts, they are very good with communication. Suggest softer towels, upgraded showers and TV’s in the bedrooms. I got sick and had to stare at a wall. Place is very small for 6 people, mirrors are deceiving! Will not stay here again, it’s just too high up for me. Altitude made it difficult to breathe, had to leave a day early. Wish there had been a better description on the website about how high up the mountain the condo was and how far away the parking is! It’s a long walk to the parking lot when it’s really cold and windy!
