This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 4. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. This applies 24/7.

Equipped with a beautifully updated kitchen, where mornings start with coffee on warm wood floors and evenings end around home-cooked meals. Granite counters and new appliances make cooking a pleasure, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Each bedroom feels like a cozy retreat, thoughtfully decorated with heavy pine furniture, soft quilts, and warm lighting that perfectly complements the cabin's timeless mountain charm.

The living room is made for cozy family nights. Gather around the gas fireplace insert, sink into the sofa or one of the comfy chairs, and unwind with a favorite movie or show on YouTubeTV. Log in to your own Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Sling, AppleTV+, or other streaming service.

This home does not have air conditioning.

This home shares a driveway with a separate one-bedroom cabin on the property. When parking, please keep vehicles on the right side of the driveway close to the home. The two homes are fully private and independent, with no shared living spaces.

Backyard patio with hot tub, gas BBQ, and outdoor dining for 4. On snowy winter mornings, the front porch is the perfect spot to sip a hot cup of coffee while fresh snow falls quietly around you.

The home is located in one of South Lake Tahoe's most charming and walkable historic neighborhoods. A short walk to Lakeside Beach and Marina — an excellent spot for summer days, with a free concert series on Thursdays during the summer. Numerous bike and S.U.P. rental locations near the beach. The bowling alley and community golf course are both close by. Walk to Safeway for groceries. Nearby Bijou Community Park offers a BMX bike course, disc golf course, dog park, volleyball courts, open green space, and paved paths. Stateline Casinos, Heavenly Mountain Resort, the gondola, and the shops and restaurants of Heavenly Village are all a short drive.

Level 2 Charger for Electric Vehicles — the charging port is conveniently mounted to the left of the front door. Before your stay, you'll receive an activation email to register & remit payment for the EV charging service, or simply scan the QR code on the charger's face when you arrive.

We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions; always carry chains.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Hot tubs and outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be secured in bear-proof containers; do not leave food in your car! (pickup Monday; instructions provided)

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to protect quiet hours. Exterior cameras monitor parking compliance only, and no indoor surveillance is used. For stays of 30+ days, contact us for the long-term cancellation policy.
