From large family gatherings to honey mooning couples, Emerald Hill #8 will perfectly fit your every need. This property comes fully equipped with linens/towels and a fully furnished custom kitchen including washer/dryer.

The fist level fully equipped custom kitchen, dining living area, with a private covered balcony. Guest bedroom with 2 sets twin bunk beds, (sleeps 4) and full bath tub/showier combo.

Second level, master suite, king bed, with a private covered balcony overlooking the beach, and the gulf of Mexico. the master suite has a custom designed master bath with a custom walk in shower.
The guest bedroom on the second level has a king size bed with a full bath, tub/shower combo.

The laundry facilities are also on the second level, full size washer/dryer in a fully enclosed laundry room from added comfort, with ample room when laundering.

This vacation destination boast a large lagoon style pool easy beach access and walking distance to shopping & dining, this property also features a garage for safe & secure parking. This property comes fully equipped with linens, towels a fully equipped kitchen & a full size washer & dryer. This property is located in the heart of sea grove beach Florida.

Great 30a Vacay

We have stayed all along 30a in the Seagrove beach area. This is our second time at Emerald Hill. We love the location, easy access to the beach (not to many steps down to the sand) and the added benefit of the garage to store our beach gear

The house was amazing. Pictures are very accurate and the location is perfect. Host was definitely very attentive to all our needs. We will definitely book again and look forward to our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo so much! The location was perfect! You can be on the private beach in less than 5 minutes. We rented the chairs and umbrellas from le dolce and that was the best decision ever, well worth the money to not have to carry and set up ourselves. The condo could use some tlc, several light bulbs were out, the door to the bathroom on the main floor sticks as well as the shower door, and it could use a good deep clean. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and we will be back!

You Can't Beat the Beach

Plenty of room for our family of six. You are right on the beach! Great for the sunrise and sunset walks or runs. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean unit.

Amazing unit and location

Even better than the pictures! Amazing location and clean and well maintained! Also,’surprisingly quiet and well insulated. The ceiling fans were also a plus, helped keep unit cool. The garage was great. We were able to park two cars at the unit and keep all our floats and chairs in it.

Amazing!! We will be back!!

The property was perfect! The condo was very clean. It has upgraded tv’s. Gorgeous views. Beach front, east access to th beach. Several 4 and 5 star restaurants nearby. Centrally located between Destin and PCB. Quiet small town atmosphere. Beaches are not crowded. Beautiful pool on the premises. A wonderful experience.

Great place that is directly on the beach.

Loved the lay out and location. Only recommendation would be to have a better stocked kitchen. For example, have knives that can actually cut things. I am not displeased at all just being honest about what I would change to make it a better experience.

Wonderful vacation at Emerald Hill

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The condo is just as it looks in the pictures. The master bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. The view from the balconies was absolutely fabulous! The beach itself was beautiful, but extremely crowded. The kitchen could use a few more items...we only had one dishtowel and washcloth. Some sharp knives and additional serving containers would be great. There were a lot of beach toys in the garage which was so nice. Overall, it was a great place and we would stay again!

Both the living room and the master bedroom have nice balconies that overlook the beach and the Gulf. Nice for watching the sunsets!Lots of room inside. Very comfortable. We needed a few fixes and the management company was responsive. A plus to have a garage available for parking.

The garage has plenty of boogie boards, bikes, beach chair, and lots of sand toys. The view from both balconies is breathtaking. The walkway to the beach has very few steps and is easy to navigate. The pool area is large and well maintained. The entire complex is clean and very well landscaped. This is a great unit and a wonderful complex.

This condo has been perfect for our family year after year, however this year we noticed a distint musty odor that never went away (and we had not noticed it in previous years). We also feel like the furniture (especially the couch and dining table) are getting old and gross, and need to be replaced. However, because the beach and location are so beautiful and perfect, we tried to overlook those things. :)

Awesome location!

We spent a week here for our family vacation. The location was amazing. Not only was it easy to get around town from this unit and a breathtaking view, but we were on the end of the building right next to the boardwalk to get down to the beach. If we forgot something inside, it was minutes to get there and back from the beach. Having a garage to store beach stuff in was also an added bonus. The beaches were not crowded at all. The unit was laid out well for us. However, the kids’ room has two twin beds (the picture appears to have a full and a twin). Having two balconies have an additional space for early morning risers to enjoy the beach waking up while the family slept in. The property pool was a good size and nice. When we arrived there was no internet, but the property managers worked with us to get it up and running. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Very Old

This property was in need of repairs. The ceiling leaked and we had to put pots on the beds to keep them dry. No beach just room for chair and umbrella. The house cleaning was very poor not dusted in along time or floors mopped. The location and the pool were the only good things but not really good enough to make up for all the bad. The rental management was the worst. We will never use this unit again. For the price you will certainly be disappointed .

The condo was top notch and I felt like a celebrity for a week along with my husband and teenagers. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The views were breathtaking on the first and second floor. Having that view in the master was the best. (Perfect gulf view in living room and master). I can’t say enough about this placeX it was walking distance to Seaside and we spent lots of time there when we weren’t on the beach. I only hope to get to return and bring my brothers and mother. I could go on and on all day about this location and condo. BOOK IT NOW. You will be blown away.

The views from both patios are amazing! The condo is bigger than it looks in photos. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer & dryer worked great! Beds were comfy. The location is perfect. We rode our bikes to Seaside which was a little over a mile. Several restaurants with in walking or biking distance. WiFi worked great! Easy beach access right next to end condo. Steps away from beach. Beach service available. We reserved chairs & umbrellas & they were waiting on us every day. Beach was not too crowded. I would love to own this condo! There were a couple of things I would change. Needs new throw pillows on the couch. Sliding glass doors were a little hard to open. The door to twin bedroom bathroom was hard to close. The rental company was very easy to work with! I plan on booking here again next year! Can’t wait to go back!
