From large family gatherings to honey mooning couples, Emerald Hill #8 will perfectly fit your every need. This property comes fully equipped with linens/towels and a fully furnished custom kitchen including washer/dryer.

The fist level fully equipped custom kitchen, dining living area, with a private covered balcony. Guest bedroom with 2 sets twin bunk beds, (sleeps 4) and full bath tub/showier combo.

Second level, master suite, king bed, with a private covered balcony overlooking the beach, and the gulf of Mexico. the master suite has a custom designed master bath with a custom walk in shower.
The guest bedroom on the second level has a king size bed with a full bath, tub/shower combo.

The laundry facilities are also on the second level, full size washer/dryer in a fully enclosed laundry room from added comfort, with ample room when laundering.

This vacation destination boast a large lagoon style pool easy beach access and walking distance to shopping & dining, this property also features a garage for safe & secure parking. This property comes fully equipped with linens, towels a fully equipped kitchen & a full size washer & dryer. This property is located in the heart of sea grove beach Florida.

Great 30a Vacay

We have stayed all along 30a in the Seagrove beach area. This is our second time at Emerald Hill. We love the location, easy access to the beach (not to many steps down to the sand) and the added benefit of the garage to store our beach gear

Wonderful beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo so much! The location was perfect! You can be on the private beach in less than 5 minutes. We rented the chairs and umbrellas from le dolce and that was the best decision ever, well worth the money to not have to carry and set up ourselves. The condo could use some tlc, several light bulbs were out, the door to the bathroom on the main floor sticks as well as the shower door, and it could use a good deep clean. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and we will be back!

Senior Spring Break

The house was amazing. Pictures are very accurate and the location is perfect. Host was definitely very attentive to all our needs. We will definitely book again and look forward to our next visit.

A Little Slice of Heaven

The condo was top notch and I felt like a celebrity for a week along with my husband and teenagers. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The views were breathtaking on the first and second floor. Having that view in the master was the best. (Perfect gulf view in living room and master). I can’t say enough about this placeX it was walking distance to Seaside and we spent lots of time there when we weren’t on the beach. I only hope to get to return and bring my brothers and mother. I could go on and on all day about this location and condo. BOOK IT NOW. You will be blown away.

My happy place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to Seagrove Beach! It defnintely is our happy place. And we love coming to Emerald Hill! This condo has been perfect for our family year after year, however this year we noticed a distint musty odor that never went away (and we had not noticed it in previous years). We also feel like the furniture (especially the couch and dining table) are getting old and gross, and need to be replaced. However, because the beach and location are so beautiful and perfect, we tried to overlook those things. :)

The garage has plenty of boogie boards, bikes, beach chair, and lots of sand toys. The view from both balconies is breathtaking. The walkway to the beach has very few steps and is easy to navigate. The pool area is large and well maintained. The entire complex is clean and very well landscaped. This is a great unit and a wonderful complex.

Awesome location!

We spent a week here for our family vacation. The location was amazing. Not only was it easy to get around town from this unit and a breathtaking view, but we were on the end of the building right next to the boardwalk to get down to the beach. If we forgot something inside, it was minutes to get there and back from the beach. Having a garage to store beach stuff in was also an added bonus. The beaches were not crowded at all. The unit was laid out well for us. However, the kids’ room has two twin beds (the picture appears to have a full and a twin). Having two balconies have an additional space for early morning risers to enjoy the beach waking up while the family slept in. The property pool was a good size and nice. When we arrived there was no internet, but the property managers worked with us to get it up and running. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Not What We Paid For

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures depicted a bigger condo than we found upon arrival. The kitchen is extremely small and not well equipped for cooking. We were short on mixing bowls and utensils. The 3rd bedroom advertises a twin and a double bed, but it is actually 2 twin beds. One of our children had to sleep on the couch all week. Our wifi/internet did not work for 3 days so we could not watch TV at all. The condo did not have a DVD player as advertised. Cleanliness: We found half empty water bottles in the bedroom drawers and the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. There was a large (disgusting) smashed bug in the master closet. We had no access to a broom or vacuum all week so the floors got very sandy and dirty. We called the management company twice and they were responsive. Not much they could do to fix the internet issue as the provider could not come out for 10 days. The management rep did send a plumber over to fix the bathroom sink as it was clogged with chewed tobacco from a previous guest. The unit needs more blankets that don't look 20 yrs old. The location was great and the walk to the beach was easy. The rules say no canopies or tents, but people set them up in the front row early in the morning. There is no enforcement of the rules. The chair/umbrella rental company monopolizes the beach early in the morning so empty chairs sit in the front row until someone rents them. Not sure how this is negotiated, but it isn't fair to the guests who are staying at the condo and would like front row access without renting chairs and umbrellas.

The views from both patios are amazing! The condo is bigger than it looks in photos. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer & dryer worked great! Beds were comfy. The location is perfect. We rode our bikes to Seaside which was a little over a mile. Several restaurants with in walking or biking distance. WiFi worked great! Easy beach access right next to end condo. Steps away from beach. Beach service available. We reserved chairs & umbrellas & they were waiting on us every day. Beach was not too crowded. I would love to own this condo! There were a couple of things I would change. Needs new throw pillows on the couch. Sliding glass doors were a little hard to open. The door to twin bedroom bathroom was hard to close. The rental company was very easy to work with! I plan on booking here again next year! Can’t wait to go back!

Dirty Unit

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was very nice upon arrival to pick up keys. Housekeeping did a disservice to the unit because it was apparent that the unit has not been occupied in quite some time. Dust and cobwebs everywhere, old dried up spills on the cabinets, muck and seaweed in the tracks of the sliding doors, cigarette butts and old Doritos bag on the front porch. Old moldy sponge on the kitchen sink, tattered and torn bathroom towels, someone’s swim shorts were left on the balcony. Not the things you’d expect on Santa Rosa beach, especially when you have to pay a PREMIUM to stay for 3 days, what you usually pay for a week. But it was the holidays and that’s what I signed up for. The unit was spacious and renovated, situated nicely on the beach with double decker balcony overlooking the gulf. The kitchen was small, master bedroom was huge, tv in living room was super big (60”+) but it had no signal :(Overall, the stay was adequate, but just highly disappointed in the cleanliness. Not what you’d want to experience while shelling out major cash and expect to unwind when you’re grossed out by strangers nastiness and DNA that’s all over the place. 30A has way more options than to have to put up with this.
