You're greeted by a soothing cool color pallet that frames your Gulf views nicely. The large open-concept living area extends out to the balcony and its spectacular Gulf vistas. The chef in your group will love creating a vacation feast in the fully-equipped kitchen - they'll get Gulf views during meal prep! The breakfast bar sets 5, and the dining table seats 8 more. A wet bar with extra counter space is located across from the kitchen. The mixologist in your group can have their own space to whip up some fabulous beverages.
The living room features high-quality furnishings for relaxing in style, and a Smart TV for cozy nights at home. On the balcony, there is ample seating outside, either for morning coffee, or a full dinner in the evening. The perfect spot to enjoy the soothing sounds of the Gulf waves.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV. Gulf views and balcony access. Private bath with dual sinks, tub, and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 4: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

The Legacy Condominiums:
Located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, “The Legacy”, is a Gulf-front, 4-story condominium. Enjoy the ultimate in luxury with a stay here. The Legacy is convenient to local fine dining restaurants all along scenic 30A. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just minutes away. This is a private, gated community with private beach access and a Gulf-front pool. There are also elevators available.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit the famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
