Everything was GREAT!!!

This condo was very cleaned and stocked better than any place I’ve ever stayed. The beds were very comfortable and slept really well!! Will stay here again😁

Great experience!

We had an excellent experience at this property. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and gorgeous, and we truly had a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone and we hope to come back and visit next summer!

Great Trip, great room!

The process of rental was very smooth. The unit was very nice, clean and the most comfortable bed we ever had! Always go to Calypso Resort and will again and definitely through Warren Beach Rental!

Family Vacation

Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation week with my family. The condo was perfect, clean, and spacious. Location was amazing, with everything in walking distance! We will be back again!!

Beautifully remodeled, well equipped, comfortable condo with a spectacular gulf view and an excellent location.

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo with fabulous gulf and pool views. Kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the great room is spacious and livable. Excellent location within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely give a five star review and we can't wait to come back again next year.

Awesome all around!

We were very impressed with the condo and the facility as a whole. We used the fitness center which was very nice! The fact that this unit comes with beach service was awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much and plan to go back when we can!

Our favorite condo we've stayed at!

It was a very easy check-in process, we were actually able to check-in a little early which was a big help. The condo had everything we needed and was located right on the beach. The kids' beds were bigger than I expected, which helped out a lot with my 5'9" 13 year old! I highly recommend them!

Beautiful place. Beach and pool awesome!

The condo was decorated beautifully. It had everything you’d need and was large enough for four adults to live for a week. A couple issues; the master bath shower hose was full of mold and needs a scrub. The beds in master and spare room need new mattresses. toppers were too soft,, bad on backs. Loved our stay!

OUTSTANDING condo in the BEST location!

This was the best place in Florida I have ever stayed. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. Not to mention the beachfront view is just breathtaking! We parked in the the covered deck and never got in the car once. Everything is just footsteps away from this gem - excellent restaurants, shopping galore, and so many fun activities for the kids. You can even walk to the grocery store. We will definitely return to this five star condo where we made lifelong memories!

Beautiful unit

The property was well maintained, fully stocked with all needs and efficient. The one thing that could be improved was the amount of towels provided and the condition of them. Also, a small dresser or chest could be added to the bunk bed room.

Beautiful condo, stunning view, and great location!

This condo was exactly as listed! It is beautiful and well decorated. No details were left untouched! The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you need to cook. Spacious and plenty of room! Pool and beach were amazing! The balcony is perfect for watching sunrises, sunsets, and the beautiful ocean! In walking distance to Pier Park (huge plus) and close to shopping and restaurants. The perfect spot for vacationing in PCB! We will definitely be back!

Awesome and Relaxing Place

My family and I were in town for my daughter's softball tournament. We wanted the full ocean view experience. We definitely got it! We received communication throughout the entire process, all the way up until we departed. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The condo was very clean and modern. We will definitely be booking any future trips with the same company! Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

This spacious 3-bedroom condo is fabulous! Our girls' trip was rained out, but we didn't mind because we were able to spend the time in this beautifully-decorated unit! We had everything we needed for our stay, and the beds are soooo comfortable! My friend loved the décor so much that she took photos so she could buy some of the same items. And the view is unbeatable! We saw dolphins from the balcony on the last day, and it was so special. The location of Calypso is so convenient to everything you could possibly need: wonderful restaurants, great shops, and entertainment for adults and children. I had a quick question about check-out and the management company returned my call within minutes-so easy to work with. If you are considering a vacation to Panama City Beach, you will not regret booking unit E604!! We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect.

We recently stayed at the Calypso 604 East and had a fabulous time. This was our first time traveling to Panama City Beach and we weren't sure of what to expect upon arrival. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and within walking distance to just about everything. It was stocked with all the essentials and probably the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Oh, and that ocean view...(STUNNING)... The staff were friendly, helpful and provided all necessary information needed to have a great trip. A special THANK YOU too Mitch who gladly answered all of my questions beforehand via e-mail, text and phone call. We had such a great time...we're headed back there in October.. See you soon!!

Spectacular

Upon walking in it was WOW! It appear to be freshly painted with new floors and countertops. I have stayed at Calypso for the last 8 years and this is by far my favorite condo. The couch is great for a family of four, having the bunk room with a double bed is a plus in addition to a king bed in the second bedroom. I can't say enough nice things about this condo. Also, we did have one slight problem with our air conditioner and by the time we got home it was fixed. Now that is service! Warren rentals was a pleasure to do business with, they were quick in answering, and a very fair company. I would highly recommend them. When renting a condo you never know exactly what it is going to be like; however, you will not go wrong with this condo.

Enjoyed by all!

It was a great location. It was a nice unit up high enough but not too high. We had other team families in other places that were talking about how awful their elevator wait times were. Not for us!
