This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway to the beach at the world renowned Seascape Resort. 522 Seascape has a wonderful location and rare floorpan that offers a bigger living room and 2 balconies.
This villa is one of the larger 2 bedroom on the resort with lots of windows that allow for natural light to shine in. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from your balcony and the master bedroom. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

* Access to North Bluff Pool & Hot Tub (The North Bluff Pool and Hot Tub are available for guests to use). The North Bluff Pool is a short 5 min walk or take a quick drive to access the pool.

* Seascape guests have gym access located across the street at Seascape Sports Club. Workout or schedule a Tennis Court or Swim appointment. Daily fee applies and paid to the gym.

There are a variety of upscale fine dining choices, as well as many family oriented establishments within walking and driving distance. Your vacation could be filled with relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, parasailing, wave runner rentals, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike rentals, surfing lessons, sailing on Monterey Bay and much more! Seascape is minutes from downtown Capitola which features shopping, beach, great restaurants, wine tasting and great entertainment for all! Santa Cruz is just 10 to 15 mins away where you can enjoy the boardwalk, wharf, concerts, and restaurants.

Starter supply of toiletries, dish & dishwasher soap, paper towel roll provided. Initial supply is not replenished.
The unit is managed privately by us and is not part of Seascape management. Therefore the amenities are limited to the north pool (approx. 10 min walk/3 min drive), grounds, beach, restaurants and other public spaces. There is also no resort fee when booking with us.
Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts, room service, fire-pit set up are not available. DoorDash, UberEats and pizza delivery all are accessible to order delivery to the villa. You’ll find our competitive rates along with quality of service will make up for the lack of access to the above referenced fee based services.
Guest bedroom TV has streaming capability only. There is no connection to the resort TV service.
No AC in unit. Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, many properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Pool was fine yes, there was an ocean view. The electric electricity was aPool was fine yes, there was an ocean view. The electricity was a big, huge, huge problem. Circuits were blown twice. The electrician had been out there previously several times. I have photos of the on off switches in the bathroom that I didn’t see until I got lights in there three days later totally unsafe. I will also send pictures of the ice machine that I am sick from very sick. I’ve never had trouble with rentals like this before this rental needs a serious upgrade. I am not happy about the amount of money I spent on this rental absolutely not worth it. I have been in contact with the property manager and have not heard back anything today.

During your stay, there was a single electrical issue involving one circuit, and a licensed electrician was promptly dispatched to address the circuit. This issue was resolved during your stay and we inspected the unit for any further issues and none were noted. The outlets were also replaced after your stay and the electrical system was inspected by a licensed electrician.
We also want to clarify that the unit does not include an ice machine, so we are unable to verify the concern raised regarding that.
Throughout your stay, we remained in consistent communication, addressed the circuit/outlet issue and responded promptly to messages to ensure your concerns were addressed promptly.
We’re always working to improve the guest experience and when unexpected issues arise, our goal is to address any inconveniences with minimal disruption.
