Our stay was 10/10, and the hosts were so accommodating and welcoming! they were quick to respond to my questions about parking/additional parking, and extremely generous and flexible with our check-in time. The house itself is immaculate, clean, spacious, and so well-stocked with everything we needed for a September long weekend with 14 girls. Location can’t be beat either, we could easily walk to the Island Queen ferry for a day trip and to other Falmouth restaurants, cafes, and bars. I hope we will be back for another stay here one day!

We had a group of 14 here, and we absolutely loved our stay! House is so beautiful, clean, and the views of this home are unbelievable. Plenty of room for all of us and we were very comfortable. Gerald and Maura were great hosts and went above and beyond for our stay! We are definitely coming back, and can’t wait to return to Falmouth! 10/10 recommend!

We cannot say enough about our entire experience staying at Grand Ave. The house is fabulous, views spectacular and location, location, location! From reservation to check out, everything couldn't have gone more smoothly. Maura and Joe were the ultimate hosts who were friendly, accommodating and always available to answer all of our questions. Thank you Maura and Joe! See you next summer!

This house is absolutely beautiful and spacious . Very well organized , The host is amazing the response time with any questions is so quick . They thought of everything ! The house was so close to the beach, within walking distance for food and fun. There was room enough for everyone and then some . Highly recommend this house

Great Stay in Falmouth

We had a great stay in Falmouth, the house is in a great location and it really blew us away. Communication with the hosts were as good as I’ve seen, looking forward to coming back in the future, and highly recommend!

Fantastic place, fantastic location

We had an incredible stay here. Space is perfect for large groups. We had plans to do a bunch of things in town - but the house was so awesome we spent most of the time at the house or the beach across the street.

Great home great host

Wonderful home very spacious and well appointed. Incredible location for a family getaway and what a view from the patio. All around great experience and the hosts left a great welcome package of cupcakes and champagne!

Wonderful Stay for Our Running Group!Our running group stayed at this house for three nights while participating in the Cape Cod Half Marathon, and we had a fantastic experience! There were 12 of us, and the house was very spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone.We especially loved the outdoor seating area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There were plenty of chairs, tables, and lounge chairs for everyone to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Some of us had fun playing cornhole, while others enjoyed soaking up the sun.The location was perfect for our group! We could easily walk to the race starting line, catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and visit the nearby beach. The convenience of being close to everything made our stay even more enjoyable.Everyone in our group raved about the house and had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again if our running group decides to return to Cape Cod for another race. Highly recommend this home for groups looking for a spacious, comfortable place in a beautiful location!

Amazing trip!

We had 14 people and felt the house was spacious and all agreed even better than the pictures! The main living space is very open and room for multiple activities in different areas (outside table/inside table/living room 1/ living room2). The beach access across the street was awesome for our group to come and go, great for some of us who had babies and could easily come back and rejoin the group after nap time. Thanks for a great stay we hope to come back again!

Girl’s trip

The house was impeccable. We used this as a gathering for our high school girls trip ( class of 83). There were nine of us and it was a perfect size. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the ferry. The view of the water is beautiful from the house. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting the Falmouth area.

Beautiful home and location

We loved this home and it was perfect for our 3 families together for the Thanksgiving break. Falmouth Heights area is open year-round and a fun place to visit even in the Winter. Maura was a great hostess and very helpful in all our communications. The fresh flowers, and little touches she took extra time to cover were so welcome and appreciated. This home was ideal for us adults and kids and a pleasure for all.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The views overlooking the water are incredible! The home is beautiful and in the perfect location. Short walk to the Island Queen ferry, bike shop, restaurants. Short drive to golf, shopping. Kids played across street at beach and in the ball fields right next door. Maura, the homeowner, made us feel welcome and right at home. A+

Location location location

This couldn’t have been a better location. We were able to watch the ocean and kids outside play with the lawn games at the home while sitting on the patio furniture. It was less than a block from the beach. They provided beach chairs and toys. The house easily fit our two families. We hope to return :)

Amazing Home!!!

The house is spectacular. The views of the ocean are amazing. Everything was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.The host were so attentive and kind and made check in and check out so easyWe all had an amazing time and would love to come back.The street had very little traffic and was super easy to cross and get to our own private beach, which my family absolutely loved. We walked to the wharf and shipwrecked and had dinners. Cute little downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this home.F

Best Trip Ever!

This was hands down the best VRBO experience I have ever had!! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Joe and Maura were so lovely and answered all of my questions ahead of time, providing recommendations for things our group could do during our stay. My fiancé and I were celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette with our bridal party and this house was perfect for a large group to spread out and enjoy different activities. The house is spacious, clean, and Joe and Maura are excellent hosts. We are already thinking about planning another trip and hope to stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!

**Absolutely Perfect!**Our experience couldn't have been better. Maura was an exceptional host—responsive, helpful, and an excellent communicator from beginning to end. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free.The house was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. It was beautiful, spacious, and provided the ideal setting for our family to gather. We even took some of the wedding photos there, and they turned out beautifully.I truly can't say enough good things about our experience. Perfect house for family in town for wedding!

Our family came to town for our daughters wedding. It was a perfect weekend but the icing on the cake was this house. They were all so comfortable here. They didn’t want to leave! Maura and Joe were wonderful hosts! I highly recommend this house!

Wedding weekend

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The beautiful house was perfect for the bridal party preparations and pre wedding photos ! Our hosts went above and beyond even welcoming us with champagne and treats. We hope to come back next year

Fabulous Home and Setting with the Best Owners!

The home was a perfect setting and space for my Son's wedding weekend. We were a party of 14, and there was ample space to have some alone or quiet time. The view of the water from mostly every room was gorgeous! It is very clean, and impeccably decorated. So much detail to this beautiful home. Completely updated and spacious. Maura and Joe were VERY accommodating and lovely to work with. Maura added to the momentous occasion of my sons wedding with personalized wine glasses, champagne and goodies, all waiting for us on our arrival. We were all very touched by her thoughtfulness, and flexibility to make this weekend so perfect. It was unbelievable! The late check out the day after the wedding was so awesome, gave us time to relax before having to leave this beautiful home. We all hated to leave. I would definitely recommend this property! The entire weekend could not have been better! Trust me, book it! You will not be disappointed! I hope to be back again! Thank you SO MUCH Maura and Joe!!!
