Welcome to the Sierra Bay Sweet Retreat! This newly built three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind! The condo features elevator access, two pools, and a fish cleaning station on the docks! The unit is located in a no wake cove and has a 12x32 boat slip included that is within direct view from the balcony. There is trailer parking available for rent as well as a boat launch 5 minutes away at Montego Bay!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open floor plan kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and an island with seating for four. There is a dining table with seating for six.
Living Room
The living room features a couch with 5” sofa bed, three accent chairs, end tables, a mounted flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to the lakefront balcony.
Master Suite
Wake up to beautiful lake views in the master suite which features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. There is an attached master bathroom with a double vanity sink, large tiled walk-in shower, and an oversized walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, dresser, and a closet. There is access from the bedroom to the second bathroom.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features two XL twin-sized beds, nightstand, and closet.
Outside
On the screened in balcony you will find a bar height table with two rockers, two chairs with end table, dining table with seating for four, and a gas grill. You will have views of the main channel and direct view of the two pools that the complex has to offer. There are fishing poles and a cooler for guest use as well!
Dock
Fishing is allowed on the community dock complete with a fish cleaning station. The included 12x32 boat slip is located directly in front of the condo!
Neighborhood Description
This condo is 5 minutes from the Ozark Amphitheater that hosts many amazing outdoor concerts throughout the summer, and the amazing tourist attraction The Bridal Cave. There is a boat launch just 20 minutes away at the Larry Gayle Access point. This condo is just 10 minutes from tons of lakefront bars and restaurants, and boat rentals in the Camdenton Area, 12 minutes from Ha Ha Tonks State Park, and 30 minutes from Osage Beach and The Bagnell Dam Strip.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled
