This updated home offers two levels of outdoor deck / patio seating along with a firepit and wonderful grass areas. Enjoy the comfortable rooms and two living areas indoors, while spending most of your days on the water.

The dock is a perfect landing space with a swim mat, lounge chairs, swim ladder and deep water year round. The cove is calm water providing a safe place for swimming and water sports. Just outside the cove you are minutes away from Bear Bottom Resort and several other lakefront stops.

The driveway and parking allow for boat trailers to be kept on site with a boat ramp less than 10 minutes from the home. Location in Sunrise Beach provides the quiet of the West Side with the bridge to the east side nearby. Our LakeDays by Design program will get you headed in the right direction with personalized recommendations and activities.

A perfect quiet retreat to get away from the chaos of everyday life. Close enough to town for necessities but far enough away to relax and kick back.

Location Description:
Located in Sunrise Beach, the home is less than 3 hours from Kansas City and St. Louis. and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Illinois. Regional airports are located in Springfield and Columbia with an international airport in Kansas City.

Getting There:
Details on accessing the home will be provided in your guidebook available after booking. There are blacktop roads the majority of the stay with less than one mile on gravel roads to access the home.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
