The Space:

Welcome to Miles Away! This inviting condo features a Primary Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for your comfort. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom, perfect for families or groups. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.



The spacious kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-layout living room, where you can soak in the stunning views. The living room also includes a full-size sofa bed, accommodating up to two more guests. Step out onto your private oceanside or soundside decks to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful water views in every direction.



Beyond the condo's amenities, the Sea Colony community enhances your stay with an oceanfront pool and easy beach access. Guests can also enjoy the basketball and tennis courts, as well as community grills for outdoor dining. Located not only beachfront but also within a short walking distance to downtown Duck, you'll have easy access to shopping and restaurants, making this the perfect coastal retreat.



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



Community pool is in the courtyard in front of the ocean and is open 9am to dusk.



The Neighborhood:

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation. From this apartment, you can walk to the boardwalk and enjoy the catch of the day at The Blue Point while listening to live music in the evening, head to Candy and Corks for a treat, or stop in at any of the numerous restaurants and shops to grab a souvenir.

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
