The Space:

Your Orlando-area escape is waiting - a sprawling six-bedroom pool home tucked inside Windsor at Westside Resort, where themed kids' rooms, a private heated pool, and a game room full of distractions make it genuinely hard to decide whether to leave for the parks at all. With space for up to 12 guests across thoughtfully arranged sleeping quarters, this is a home built for big groups who want room to breathe and plenty to do under one roof.

 

Living space

From the moment you step through the front door, the high ceilings and open layout signal that this is no ordinary vacation rental. The main living area centers on a large TV with generous seating arranged around it - ideal for winding down after a long day at the parks or settling in for a movie night with the whole group. Just off the living room, a second family room on the upper floor gives everyone a little extra space to spread out, with its own TV and seating.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick pre-park breakfast to a full group dinner. Stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and abundant counter space keep things functional, while the lineup of equipment - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses - means you have what you need no matter how ambitious the meal. A large dining table seats the whole group, making evening meals a proper gathering rather than a scramble.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms sleep 12 guests across eight beds. The ground-floor primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool area - step outside for an early swim before anyone else is awake. Upstairs, a second king bedroom comes with its own ensuite, while two additional king bedrooms share a bathroom. For the younger guests, a Star Wars-themed room and a Frozen-themed room each contain two single beds and share a dedicated bathroom - equal parts sleeping space and adventure.

 

Game room

Rainy afternoons and late evenings find their answer in the ground-floor game room. An air hockey table, pool table, foosball, and arcade machines are all on hand, making this one of the most-used spaces in the house for guests of all ages.

 

Outdoor space

Step through the screened lanai and you have your own private outdoor retreat. The heated pool and spa are the centerpiece - whether you are cooling off in the Florida heat, floating at dusk, or easing into the spa after a day on your feet. Sun loungers and an outdoor dining table round out the space, and the screen enclosure keeps things comfortable throughout the day.

 

Resort amenities

Windsor at Westside's clubhouse adds another layer of options with a lazy river, splash pool, fitness center, and game room available to resort guests.

 

Location

Walt Disney World is approximately 8 miles away (around 15 minutes by car), with Universal Studios roughly 30 minutes and SeaWorld about 25 minutes from the front door. ChampionsGate Golf Club is just 10 minutes away, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Old Town Kissimmee are both within 20 minutes. Summer in Orlando is peak season - plan ahead for park days and make full use of the pool when you return.

 

Good to know

Self check-in is available via smart lock. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $35 per day - please request at least 48-72 hours in advance so the pool and spa are ready on arrival. Initial supplies are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.



Please note that pool heat comes at extra cost of $35 per day. Request needs to be at least 48-72 hour notice in order to be able to heat up the pool and spa on time for your stay.
