El Palmar Unit 2 Third Level from Beach

This stylish place is perfect for your next beach getaway! Unit 2 can accommodate a family of four or two couples. Maximum occupancy of 4 .
Min booking age 25 yrs or older. Booking guest must be a guest staying throughout the length of the say. Min $500 security (refundable) deposit required with each reservation. Deposit is refundable subject to no loss or damages, no later than 7 days after check-out. Booking guest must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a legal picture ID. The Lease will be emailed to Booking Guest via the property`s business email. Property must receive the Rental Agreement and ID min 7 days prior to arrival or earlier depending on the date of arrival. Key access code will be texted only to the Lessee no earlier than half hour before arrival time, subject to Lease Agreement & ID having been received.

Great location and getaway!

We’ll be back! Perfect location to walk to the beach or to get to restaurants and an easy short drive to Clearwater beach. Also very nice quiet getaway!

Great replace to stay

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway. We had a wonderful time. Very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

Indian Rocks Trip

Great location and very short walk to the beach. Great food/drink within walking distance. Even though it rained the entire weekend we had a wonderful visit.

Fantastic location and experience

The location is the best! Right across the street from the beach, a block from a beautiful nature preserve, and in the heart of IRB restaurants and culture. The owner is amazing and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need or want!

Fantastic! Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Palmar Cottages - the property is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and close to the beach and restaurants. Mia and her husband were great hosts and made us feel very welcome - we would definitely like to return!

Rest and relax to perfection!

We so enjoyed out stay - the location is super convenient to the beach and Eating - all very walkable. The property is in excellent shape - Mia is a great host and clearly takes pride in providing a wonderful experience. Highly recommend - pictures don’t do the space justice!

Enjoyed our stay

Property was very clean. Short walk to the beach, coffee, dinner. Our only issue was that we could not get the major tv stations (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX NEWS). And one of the bedroom tvs you could not get past the Roku Home Screen.

Jim did call inquiring about the major TV stations. I explained about the "Apps" on the Roku Screen. I followed up with a text message. He told me that he had spoken with the guests staying in the next unit. I advised that whenever there was "weather" issues in the area we had connection problems. I did not hear anymore from Jim about this issue. Also, he never mentioned any other issues except for the "main" living space TV. Sorry that we could not be of anymore help. Mia

Best vacation we have had ever!! Relaxing, beautiful home, perfect location, plenty around to do, even more to eat, like 30yards from the beach!! Seriously it is an amazing place to stay!! Our host was extremely sweet very accomadating and welcoming. The house is perfect for a family of 4!!

A week at the beach

Very nice, well equipped home. So convenient to everything IRB has to offer especially the beach. The owners even provided everything you need for a great day on the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect Spot!

Mia was a wonderful host! The apartment was neat and clean and well appointed. It was awesome to have that huge, beautiful beach just steps away. Great little restaurants in both directions within walking distance. Everything you could ask for in a beach vacation. We had a super time! Would stay here again without question.

last minute get away

Fantastic property

We spent 10 days in Indian Rocks Beach and loved every minute of it. The property was so nice that we ended up canceling some of our plans to do overnight outings to other places because we were so happy where we were. Mia (the property manager) was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We are hoping to come back next year!!!
