The check in process was easy they emailed the code to the door it was hassle free. The outside property was well kept and beautiful just as pictured on the app. The only issue that we had during our stay was that the dishwasher was leaking and the freezer had thick ice inside. The couches looked worn and internet service kept disconnecting everyday.

Bring your own toilet tissue before you go there. Because they only put one roll in each bathroom, you have up to 10 people in the house and they only put one roll in each bathroom. Also, a lot of the lamp lights were not working, need new bulbs. And then the cleaning fee that they charge to you is enormous, but they want you to clean the house before you leave. Couldn’t do better.

Good morning and thank you, we are in receipt of your review regarding bugs in the entrance of the home. We treat all of our homes for bugs so please let us know if you are finding them outside the door in the entrance of the home or inside the door. Also, are they dead or alive and what kind of bugs are you finding? We note that you are checking out tomorrow so it would have been good to notify us as soon as possible so that we could address any issue you found. Thank you

fortunately, we had somewhere to stay. The townhome was very datedThings that were not important like place settings at a formal dining table however, they did not have any coffee filters, not even one for the first morning of our stay nor any coffee or anything stocked for that matter… The lightbulbs were out and several rooms, flickering the blinds when we first got there when opening them trying to look out the back sliding glass doors. The blinds were falling apart we had to reassemble. The showers had human hairs in them as if they weren’t cleaned… Other than just having a place to stay, although it was not convenientCommunication with the host was very delayed and difficult, not very friendly nor helpfulAnytime we reached out they always referred us back to check our emailsNot having Internet service, made it difficult when traveling and flying to have had time to read through emailsWill not rent from this host

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the home was not the right fit for your stay, though we would like to clarify a few points for future guests. We work hard to provide detailed information before arrival so guests can settle in easily and have answers to common questions about the home, supplies, access, and amenities without needing to wait for assistance. When a question is already covered in those materials, our team may direct guests back to the information provided so they have the complete details in one place. Our records also show that the concerns brought to our attention during this stay were responded to promptly and addressed by our team. We remained available throughout the reservation and worked to resolve reported issues as they came up. Coffee filters and coffee are not listed as provided amenities, so those items should not be expected unless specifically noted in the listing or pre-arrival information. We appreciate the feedback regarding the blinds, lightbulbs, and cleanliness concerns. We always encourage guests to let us know about anything that needs attention during the stay so we have the opportunity to inspect it and make it right. Travel days can be busy, which is exactly why we provide important information in advance. Reviewing those communications before arrival helps guests know what is provided, what to expect, and how to get settled as smoothly as possible.

Mrs.

Great property! Very spacious and comfortable for a short or long stay. Maybe a little more dish soap, a cleaning spray and a couple of extra toilet paper rolls would’ve been nice, but over all the property is awesome!

Great location with easy park access

This was a great location with easy access to the Disney parks. There is a Publix and Wal-Mart very close and plenty of restaurants nearby. The property was clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of space for family to spread out. They were replacing the roofing throughout the complex so there was some noise but that should be resolved soon. Appears the area is well kept. The reservation and communication process went smoothly and we had no issues during our stay.
