Very nice clean hope to stay again

Great place!

Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is that the master bedroom really needs some curtains to control the lights at night and heat during the day. We loved all the small amenities and that gave the feel of a hotel stay

Great stay

Condo was beautiful and super clean. Extremely close to beach and Within walking distance. Close to restaurants and shopping center. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy. We were at the beach most of our stay so we didn’t get to use the pools but the kiddos enjoyed the basketball court! Would definitely stay here again.

Great private ground floor rental with access to everything!

My wife and 3 kids stayed here for 1 month. I was able to work remotely with ease and house was nicely remodeled. Walking distance to fishing ponds, multiple pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and new playground. Felt spacious for a two bedroom place. Glad it had a washer and dryer too!! Would highly recommend.

Communication was not great and I had to call to get check in information sent. The condo is nice, only negatives are that there is a musty or damp smell, one of the entrances is rfid and only for owners which is an inconvenience and the washing machine was really dirty. The condo otherwise has all you need

Great location

Overall, this was a great last minute stay. Needs a couple updates needs cookware, salt and pepper. Still has a musty smell like the first review. property management did not answer any of my three emails. Should say community grill, No grill at the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had awesome time with our kids at the Golf Villa! Renovations are great, loved the atmosphere and design! Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, making coffee, tea. Very close to the beach. Loved the pool, tennis courts. Best memories just relaxing on the porch watching/listening to birds. Thank you! It was more than a stay, it was place where lots precious memories will stay with us!!

Take bottled water, tap water tasted horrible, almost chemical. Had to buy bottled water for coffee maker and to cook with.Amenities were bare bones. One roll of tp, no salt/pepper, soap etc was minimal at best. Although it was a nice room, pleased with it. Very close to beaches and a good price point. Just make sure to take the minimal extras.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very strong musty smell upon entering unit, that went away after a day. Cooking pans very grungy and no salt and pepper (basic amenities in any rental). Property was clean, location was good however we did not get a code for the gate entrance nearest to our unit and had to use the gate at the other end of the property, which is sooo big that I got lost every time! Nice outdoor furniture made it pleasant to sit outside.
