OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - *Elevator available at no additional charge, maintenance and operation permitting. - Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Your reservation includes access to exclusive community amenities within St. George Plantation. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events exceeding the maximum guest limit or requiring supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Apologies, no pets allowed.

Construction occurring on an adjacent home. Picture obviously didn’t show that and not mentioned when renting. Beautiful home, needs privacy on the master as full view from neighbors on one side and even more now with the contractors directly next to the master. Careful with the glass low hanging over the kitchen island. A tall person will bump their head.

The master bedroom has wall to wall 10ft windows and no window treatments. No privacy at night and bright at sunrise.The elevator does not work, dishwashers had to be replaced during the stay, cook top is hard to work. One of the king bedroom's balcony door leaked so bad that the carpet was soaked. The place had not been maintained well.The management company responded well and did everything they could to assist with issues.

The large, wall-to-wall windows are designed to highlight the stunning views and, as shown in our listing photos, do not include window treatments. We understand this may not suit all preferences and will share your input with the owner. The elevator is fully operational and requires the front door key to activate—something we’ll clarify for future guests. One of the two dishwashers needed replacement during your stay and was replaced within 24 hours. We’re also reviewing the cooktop to ensure ease of use. The balcony door leak was due to rare, severe wind-driven rain, and repairs are already planned. While we regret these issues impacted your stay, we're glad our team was responsive. Guest experience is our top priority, and your feedback helps us improve. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
