Features include; 3 bedrooms (2 overlooking the beach), 2 baths, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, hardwood floors, large sundeck with screen porch, carport parking and more. New Dune Walkover. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV, DVD, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Outside Shower, Fish Cleaning Table and more.

It is overall in pretty good shape, though starting to need some TLC in a couple of areas. We like St George and just enjoy being there on the island. We have rented through Suncoast 4 times and will continue to do so. They are responsive and easy to work with, There were a couple of issues with the house and I have reported those to Suncoast. We would stay there again.

Great in many ways.

House is lovely. Right on gulf, well furnished, clean. We had some issues and the management company was very responsive. Some things you should know. Bring your own coffee filters, if staying more than a day or two bring toilet paper and soap, do not expect to watch football unless you know how to bypass the streaming service at the house, avoid sleeping in the bed in the western most bedroom. The ac/heater is about a foot from your heat and very noisy when turning off.

Perfect For Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this house. It was my husband and I, my parents and our two sons ages 1.5 & 3 - so 6 people total. The family room and kitchen were very nice and the bedrooms suited our needs. I will say the sheets were not very comfortable but that was okay. We were able to fit two pack in plays in one room without any issue. The bathrooms had sky lights which kept things well lit which we liked. The screen porch has a latch to it so we had a toddler proof area for them to play in without worrying about them trying to go down the stairs. We really liked that. There was also a box full of building blocks that ended up being a life saver after our first day was totally rained out. We have always loved St George especially for it's smaller crowd levels so this house definitely felt nice and quiet. The rental company was very nice and allowed my parents to be the ones that checked in when our flight was delayed. The walk to the beach is super super short which was a must with two toddlers. Would highly recommend and would probably stay here again!

A great place to be away from Michigan winters

While there had a few problems: the dryer quit and water heater but Suncoast quickly took care of the problem. The cottage does need some updating but is still a very nice, The only major issue was the electrical. Lots of switches that turn nothing on or off. Takes awhile to get used to but can eventually be overcome.
