Features include; 3 bedrooms (2 overlooking the beach), 2 baths, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, hardwood floors, large sundeck with screen porch, carport parking and more. New Dune Walkover. We had our 18 month old grandchild so that was a definite plus. We also loved the screened porch! I can’t say enough good things about Blue Heaven. We really enjoyed everything about it!

Absolutely perfect! This was what we were looking for at the Gulf. We found this and look forward to booking again. The house was the perfect size, super clean and the perfect view of the Gulf.

My Blue Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and comfortable. It is well furnished and has good mattresses, as well as a well furnished kitchen. It is overall in pretty good shape, though starting to need some TLC in a couple of areas. We like St George and just enjoy being there on the island. We have rented through Suncoast 4 times and will continue to do so. They are responsive and easy to work with, There were a couple of issues with the house and I have reported those to Suncoast. We would stay there again.

Perfect For Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this house. It was my husband and I, my parents and our two sons ages 1.5 & 3 - so 6 people total. The family room and kitchen were very nice and the bedrooms suited our needs. I will say the sheets were not very comfortable but that was okay. We were able to fit two pack in plays in one room without any issue. The bathrooms had sky lights which kept things well lit which we liked. The screen porch has a latch to it so we had a toddler proof area for them to play in without worrying about them trying to go down the stairs. We really liked that. There was also a box full of building blocks that ended up being a life saver after our first day was totally rained out. We have always loved St George especially for it's smaller crowd levels so this house definitely felt nice and quiet. The rental company was very nice and allowed my parents to be the ones that checked in when our flight was delayed. The walk to the beach is super super short which was a must with two toddlers. Would highly recommend and would probably stay here again!

Heaven on Earth

January weather may be unpredictable, but the beauty is constant and inspiring. It seems that the internet could be more reliable which is a major dissatisfier to my husband and our guests particularly for major sporting events.

Great in many ways.

House is lovely. Right on gulf, well furnished, clean. We had some issues and the management company was very responsive. Some things you should know. Bring your own coffee filters, if staying more than a day or two bring toilet paper and soap, do not expect to watch football unless you know how to bypass the streaming service at the house, avoid sleeping in the bed in the western most bedroom. The ac/heater is about a foot from your heat and very noisy when turning off.

Wonderful family vacation!

We've stayed just about everywhere on the island including: Plantation for many years, condos by the state park, row houses in the center, and once behind the beach house row. We adore the cottage style of this house and that it's a bit from "town."

A great place to be away from Michigan winters

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice cozy ocean front cottage. While there had a few problems: the dryer quit and water heater but Suncoast quickly took care of the problem. The cottage does need some updating but is still a very nice, The only major issue was the electrical. Lots of switches that turn nothing on or off. Takes awhile to get used to but can eventually be overcome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So close to the water! Love the location. Great decks! House was perfect for our family of four. Very clean! Only 2 negatives. The internet was spotty so my husband had to use his hot spot on his phone to work and my college kids had to use it too for tests and projects. Also the laundry room is outside in a small room under the house. Fixtures could use updating. Overall I would stay here again. Just be prepared for those things if you work from home. Great house overall!

Nice location. Nice House. Very Questionable issues with SunCoast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent. Right on the beach. There is no other public access or other house behind it that has access directly in front. There's only one house behind the row of houses that is in this area. In the middle of June, the beach is not crowded at all because of this. The house is nice. It's been redone recently with new carpet, bathroom, and paint. However, curiously they made some choices not to do some relatively cheap cosmetic fixes like replacing the 1970s era bathroom fixtures, replacing rusting air vents, and replacing faded and old looking light switch covers. Overall house is clean and well kept.Our main issue with our stay was with SunCoast. While we were on the island, a large storm came through that knocked out the water pressure to the island for several hours. After the water pressure went down, a boil water advisory was set for the entire island. We had no communication about this from SunCoast. The only way we found out about this was through a St. George Island Facebook group and from family members that were staying with a Collins rental. Collins informed our family members right away and also checked in on the guests to make sure there was no damage from the 60 mph winds that came through with the storm. SunCoast did not have the safety of their guests in mind and never heard from them the entire time.
