Ground up chips were left in the carpet. The multiple pictures knocked off the walls had been hanging there for years and no previous renter had disturbed them. The farmer who manages the fields in front of the property told the adults twice that they needed to stop turning donuts in the alfalfa because they were damaging it. Leaking garbage bags were left on the hardwood floor. Furniture was moved and not replaced. Bed skirts were removed and left who knows where. Stuff was smeared on the walls. Yes Brenda was probably a little unprofessional but to be honest, she is a housewife. She doesn't like conflict and was more upset than you know that the house we trust to families like yours had been treated so poorly.
