Located in the quiet Ashton Villas in The Village of Moultrie Creek, this 2 bed and 2 bath patio villa is only 5 minutes from Eastport and Middleton using the provided golf cart, and only a 15 minute golf cart ride to Sawgrass. It's a short walk to 2 recreation centers, each with a pool. We are only a few minutes from Shallow Creek championship course which is NOW OPEN and 10 minutes from Southern Oaks championship course. We are only 45 minutes from the major theme parks and a couple hours from the beaches.
Enjoy the open concept floorplan with plenty of natural light in the spacious living room, vaulted ceilings, a laundry room, and a large fully-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king bed, larger dresser, TV, glass shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with dresser.
The lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The outdoor patio is set up to allow enjoyment of the beautiful Florida weather while using the provided gas grill.
Price includes a golf cart, all utilities, TV, high speed internet, trash, lawn care, and pest spray service.
No smoking in home, garage, lanai or golf cart.
Dogs under 40 lb welcome. All other pets are prohibited, including cats, birds, fish, etc.

Check Out Time 11 A.M. on last day of rental
Optional temporary resident ID card, which is just $50 for 1 or 2 individuals (payable to The Villages), is highly recommended which allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident. This card is needed for free golf at executive courses, usage of sport pools and priority admittance to some club activities.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. You are NOT required to be over 55 to rent and young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.

We recently moved into The Villages and enjoy all the activities that it offers, such as golf, swimming, pickleball, biking, board games, shows, nightly bands, etc. The community is kept in great condition and we often enjoy just driving around in our golf cart and enjoying the views.

Our patio villa is centrally located near 2 new areas in The Villages.
At the heart of Middleton you will find two new state-of-the-art school campuses surrounded and connected to quaint neighborhoods, shopping, dining, and recreation – with something here for everyone. Beyond the community, there is easy access to major roadways which lead you to nearby Tampa, Orlando, or area beaches, as well as some of the best places to explore and find your next adventure in the sunshine state of Florida.
Eastport, is The Villages newest town center, where you’ll find recreation, golf, trails, parks, and shopping and dining experiences all connected through a network of trails and pathways surrounding a1000m body of water, Central Lake, where you will be able to watch dragon boat races.
Although these two areas are still in early development stages, it is only a 15 minute golf cart ride to Sawgrass and 35 minute ride to Brownwood Square where you will find live entertainment, shopping, and dining. We are less than a 30 minute golf cart ride to 2 championship courses, 6 executive courses, and 3 pitch and putt courses, with more coming soon.
If you like to venture out further, The Villages stretches over 30 miles from top to bottom and 15 miles wide with golf cart and vehicle accessibility throughout.
