Absolute Heaven!

This condo has everything you need! We came with our 14 year old son and his best friend. The boys slept comfortably on the couches in the living area. The beach is literally steps away and there is a great restaurant, bar, pizza shop and boutique right on the beach. Red Hook is a 3 minute drive to restaurants and shops. The ferry to St. John's is right there as well. We will definitely be back!

Property was great! Amanda was very accessible to reach whenever we had questions. Pictures of condo were very accurate. Fully equipped with kitchen items, steps from beach. Would highly recommend!

Incredible Location and Condo

Sapphire beach is quite literally a 30 second walk away from the condo, along with a beach bar that has live music on the weekends. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed along with a washer dryer! Air conditioning was perfect and all other amenities were accurate.One of the only downsides were the lack of seasoning for those looking to cook - I left some onion powder, but there is only salt/pepper. Overall great place and would absolutely recommend!

Relaxation station

I just returned from my stay at crystal cove. It was a wonderful condo. Bottom unit, close to the beach. I was greeted by my host and some lovely music. The place smelled of an amazing aromatherapy. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Just a few minor things that could improve the property-

Great condo

We loved the space the condo provided us, and the communication was fantastic the entire time. Having the beach right outside our door was wonderful. A few things to note, the pool is not great, its tucked away and not a place we hung out. We lost power several times but I hear that is an island thing and pretty common. The way the condo was set up our kids just slept on the couches. I feel like the space was fine for that. I loved that they had their own bathroom. One thing I didn't realize about the island since it was our first time there is the inability to walk everywhere. It was nice to have a few things nearby to walk to.

Beautiful and clean, great location

Everyone was so helpful, the property was very clean and nicely updated. Location was perfect for us. It was nice to be able to rent chairs for the week, I will say 2 of the chairs we rented were a but rusty and stained some of our towels but I'm sure if we asked for new chairs they would have brought them for us. The only thing misleading about this property is that the sunroom seemed like it could be an extra bedroom by the way the listing is worded but there are no curtains covering the window so we were unable to use it as such. The sleeper sofas were comfortable enough although not ideal but it worked for our situation. We had 4 adults and the bed was very nice but the sleeper sofas were one person each so if you are 2 couples it's not ideal. My 5 year old slept well on the couch in the bedroom. Everything was updated nicely and was so clean, we truly enjoyed our stay and while we would not stay here with a group we would love to come back.

Beautiful location

We stayed here as a family of five with older teens. The location is excellent—just five minutes from the marina and Moe’s grocery, and far enough from the nearby restaurant and bar that noise was never an issue. However, the interior space was tight, especially on rainy days or evenings after snorkeling and fishing. There wasn't enough room for all five of us to relax at once. The leather futons were comfortable, but space is space is already limited, and with so many throw pillows, there was nowhere to put them. Only one usable closet meant limited storage; so we had to remove glasswhere from the hutch to make dressers dresser under the TV would help. The cloth patio couch wasn't practical—we didn’t want to place wet items on fabric. Outdoor chairs with cushions and drying racks or hooks for beach gear would make a big difference. There was no guest book or written instructions, so I had to text the property manager frequently. I felt uncomfortable reaching out so often, but the team was very helpful and responsive. The dishwasher didn’t work well if at all, and dishes smelled musty. The kitchen lacked some essentials like a colander and dish towels. Still, the peaceful setting, easy access to the marina, and friendly management made up for the inconvenience. For four adults or families with small kids, it works well. A few practical updates and better organization would make this a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Condo

Upon arrival to the island I was greeted with a text message from the host. We were thrilled when they invited us to check in early . Our host, Ms Beige, was waiting outside for us. She showed us how to use the door codes and invited us inside. She had a welcome package waiting for us including some fruit punch, rum, and fresh cut flowers . The condo was immaculate and looked like it came off the cover of a magazine. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It even had laundry soap for us to use. There was a hairdryer in both bathrooms, beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and some sunscreen. The bed had nice linens and was very comfortable. The listing didn’t say there was a TV in the bedroom but it would’ve been nice. There was a TV in the living room so we watched a movie curled up together on the couch.I thought the gas oven didn’t work but my husband realized we had to light the pilot with a match. That’s probably common on the Island. We thought we locked ourselves out of our condo so I sent Ms Beige a text and she immediately responded. She reminded us of the door code and we got in. She was delightful!There is a restaurant, bar and gift shop right next to the property so it was nice to walk over and get a drink. A few nights there was live music. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The Island has a great vibe. We thought It was the perfect place for a getaway!!
