BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through January 2026 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. Scaffolding will be installed, and areas below may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. For this reason, no beach items will be permitted on balconies during the construction period. The SWIMMING POOL will be closed until FALL 2026. Residents are advised to keep windows and curtains closed to help minimize dust and maintain privacy. Please be aware that construction noise and vibrations are expected during working hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance work.
