Booking for Summer 2025. Short walk to beautiful sandy Private Beach!

New for 2021. Brand new 65 inch flatscreen smart TV with sound bar. New LG high efficiency full size washer/dryer. New in 2020 - hybrid king and queen mattresses and new slip cover sofa in living room!
3 Bedrooms 2.5 bath beautifully furnished single family home had a complete a full renovation in 2013 and sits close to the Lake between New Buffalo and Union Pier.
Outdoor fire pit. Outdoor shower. basement playroom with flatscreen. Internet!
The house has beach rights to beach that is just a short walk away or you can rent our 4 passenger Golf Cart ($200/week). The home is centrally located between two great towns but tucked away where you can have some privacy. The house's private back yard is completely fenced in.

The main area is open to one large space for living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen opens up to a large screened in porch to relax after a hard day at the beach. The master suite has a king bed (new hybrid mattress in 2020) and private bathroom with rain shower. One guest room has a queen bed (new hybrid mattress 2020), and the other has a twin over full bunk bed. Another bathroom is completely renovated with a combo shower/tub.

A 3-Season room off the living room w futon adds to the living space and sleeping.

When you are done playing at the beach, clean off in the outdoor shower in the private backyard. The back of the house is completely fenced and private where you can sit back in the Adirondacks, grill and have a drink relaxing in the comfy furniture in the screened porch.

We are repeat renters of several years and love the property. Comfortable accommodations; very clean and dog friendly with fenced yard. Very convenient to private association beach, restaurants, downtown New Buffalo, and nearby Michigan City and Three Oaks.

Wonderful trip

We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed- really nice, clean, and comfortable. The beach was amazing! And the host was responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back

Great for Families

Great property for the whole family. Perfect distance to the beach. Plenty of toys/games for the little one. Fenced in yard for the dog was perfect.

Great amenities

Our stay was great! We kept saying the pictures didn’t do the house justice. Perfect place to stay especially if you have kids. We had four kids between the ages of 5 and 9 and all of them loved the house.

Love Our New Buffalo Summer Week

We have come to this great house every year since 2019. Location is so convenient to everything. Beach access is perfect. Private fenced yard is great for our dog. We love the house amenities and especially the screened porch. Owner Tina is wonderful. We will be back again.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time with our family. The house and yard was perfect for our family of 8. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for evening game time. The golf cart is great for getting your beach equipment to the beach and the weather was perfect. Communication with property manager is great. We had a plumbing problem and it was taken care of in one day. Would defiinitely recommend this property!.

Beautiful home in a great location!

My husband, 3-year daughter and I (along with our dog) had a great time in New Buffalo. We've been coming to the area for 5+ years now, and this has been our favorite dog-friendly rental. Between the cleanliness, beach gear and proximity to the private beach and shops/restaurants, this was a great stay. Our daughter really loved the kids-themed room, toys and playset in the back yard. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. A few things to note: the floors were slippery for our senior dog, and there is a bit of road noise from outside (which we couldn't hear inside). Overall we loved it and can't wait to come back!

Met every expectation

The house was nice size and had every amenity. Perfect get away with your pet, the back yard let us all relax and enjoy the weekend. Location was ideal, close to every must see location. would highly recommend!

Will stay here again

This house was perfect for us. We would love to come back. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. I did read reviews and came prepared for the fence being high in places. It wasn’t too bad and just a few spots. The gulf cart was fun and a must for us. It would have been a long walk for the dogs to get to the beach. The beach was amazing and dog friendly. The sand was so soft. The house was super clean and cute. We just used the king size bed and it was very comfortable. Only 2 miles from New Buffalo which was nice. This place perfect for us.

Great Option if you have Pets

Loved the location and backyard - was very easy walk to get to beach, while admiring all the beautiful houses in the neighborhood. Backyard has some spots where fence is off the ground, so if your pet is on the smaller side (probably under 25 lbs) - you'll still want to keep an eye on them. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Family time new favorite

Easy process to review & secure rental and even make a revision on timeframe. Great location for gathering with family. Beach time, backyard & basement playtime with grandsons made for memory making moments. Pet friendly was a wonderful benefit to our stay.

Exactly as described!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and extremely CLEAN home. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and spend time at the beach. Our pup loved her first visit to the beach! The house has everything you could possibly need, but bring your own firewood for the fireplace and fire pit. The home is decorated in a chic beach style and looks exactly like the pictures on line. The screened in porch is sooooo relaxing to read, visit, nap or have a chat. Loved it! One caveat — the first night we were there I miscalculated where the stairs were that go down to the living room and took a pretty good fall. My husband wanted to go to a medical clinic, but everything worked out fine. I’m a klutz anyway, so missing a step wasn’t a surprise. It was our first trip with the dog, and she loved it as much as us. Great place!

Lake house living

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the screened in porch and the great open kitchen. The house has everything you need for your stay and with two little kids the toys and backyard play set provided endless entertainment. The yard is fantastic. The house has a private neighborhood feel to it and it’s very cozy. We were grateful for the golf cart as the beach, even though it’s only a few blocks away, would have been tough to walk to walk to with all of our beach stuff. The golf cart was a fun Oleary for the kids to get to the beach and made it much easier on our elderly grandparents. Tina was fabulous to interact with and a wonderful host. A great place overall.

Great place!

We loved our first stay at the property. It's equipped and decorated like we would do it if we owned in this neighborhood. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 min) so we used the golf cart often. Timberlane beach is wide and deep and dog friendly. Fenced yard is a big plus for our doggo. Owner communication prompt and thorough. Great experience!

Close to lake and perfect for families

The house was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing week at the lake. Our kids loved the yard and basement filled with toys. The adults loved the proximity to the lake and everything within New Buffalo (great restaurants and breweries)!

Hidden gem, book this one ASAP

This property is fantastic. Plenty of space for 6 people with a large screened porch and full basement. Nicely furnished, very cozy and has everything you need! The yard is beautifully landscaped and fully fenced -- my dogs have never been happier! There's also a nice firepit with Adirondack chairs and a large BBQ grille Beds were fairly new and very comfortable. I recommend renting the golf cart to for easy access to the beach.

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful and clean, nice private sitting area on the screened in porch and close to the private beach. We had a great time and can’t wait to return!
