‘Sunlit Oasis’ consists of 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a private 35ft x 14ft chlorine pebble tec pool and spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available) with waterfall, a direct lined BBQ grill island with fridge/sink/light/bar stools, lounge chairs, and more fabulous fun amenities! Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Property is in a safe and secure community with little traffic and no neighbors directly behind the backyard pool area to take in glorious unobstructed mountain views perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Home also features immaculate mature landscaping with desert cactus, palm trees, and lush privacy hedges. Enjoy sipping coffee outside in the backyard with birds flying by mountain views then at night take in the perimeter yard lighting and pool lights for night swims or spa relaxation.

Spacious floor plan with living and dining room areas next to the kitchen. The large, open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, oven, an island with three stools, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, keurig coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, ninja blender, wine cabinet with wine glasses, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than eight people….everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. Dining table seats six and breakfast table seats four. Spacious one floor with a Master Bedroom featuring a king bed and 65” Smart TV with Amazon Firestick apps guests can log in to their own accounts (Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc.), an en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower, separate tub, and a double vanity sink. Also includes a private sliding glass door leading out to the pool area along with a large closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 55” Smart TV with Amazon Firestick apps guests can log in to their own accounts (Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc.), Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a 50” Smart TV with Amazon Firestick apps guests can log in to their own accounts (Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc.). Bathroom #2 includes a shower/tub combo. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Living room also features a gas operated fireplace and comfy sofa sectionals. Also has a beautiful pool table to challenge your family to a game. There is a washer & dryer for guest use and the highest speed available wi-fi throughout the home. Two car garage use with remotes is also available for guests.

Additional Rules and Info:

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pick up their droppings. Always keep dogs on a leash when walking in the neighborhood.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.

-Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times).

-Ring camera at front door, another camera above garage pointing towards garage and front walkway, third camera pointing towards side gate, fourth camera on side of house pointing at pool equipment and air conditioning units. Cameras are not monitored live and are for home security only.

- Post stay housekeeping is for hour-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
