Luxurious La Quinta Villa

This is an upper level unit with no one above you. It is a 1300 square foot dual master suite condo. Beautifully remodeled with hard wood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-celling surround sound system, fireplace and washer/dryer within the unit. Pool, spa and workout facility on the grounds for use. Private patio with BBQ and mountain views. Very quiet place to relax and enjoy yourself.
Located in the city of La Quinta, also known as the 'gem of the desert'. La Quinta Desert Villas is adjacent to Indian Wells, a world renowned resort town. This brand new unit built in 2011 is the perfect spot for couples or family. La Quinta has grown, expanded into a relaxed playground for championship golf, world-class tennis, fine dining and blissful spa experiences. It has entertained celebrities such as Greta Garbo, Katharine Hepburn, Clark Gable and Frank Capra who eventually made it his home, as did Bob Hope and Frank Sinatra.
La Quinta is a magical place for people who enjoy the outdoors, surrounded by the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains, there are plenty of hikes to go and explore during your stay. Additionally enjoy shopping, tennis and golf. Enjoy your favorite drinks on your private patio or one of the restaurant terraces and finally a quiet dinner in one of the many fine restaurants in town.

Palm Springs - La Quinta

We enjoyed our stay at this condo that is just across from the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. The location provides easy access to amenities. Location is quiet and other guests were helpful and friendly. The condo unit is spacious with lots of storage. The beds were comfortable and bath rooms were nice. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking meals. Improvements could be made by providing newer and more towels. As well, the noisy refrigerator needs repair. We would certainly stay there again!

Great Spot

If you're looking for a killer spot to kick back and soak in some desert vibes, look no further than this Villa. We loved how close to everything the Villa was. We walked to breakfast almost everyday. I reccomend La Quinta Baking Company, a french owned little spot that we are going to miss so much. Its also walking distance to groerie stores, restaurants and a movie theater. If you are a pickleball player or a tennis player like ourselves this location is golden. The world renowed Indian Wells Tennis Garden is less than half a mile away. No need for a car which makes it so convenient. We are not golfers but we heard there are several courses within a few miles of the Villa. We hope to come back again soon. Thank you Fabio and Phil for all your hospitality.

La Quinta Winter Trip

This was a very nice property very close to the Hwy 111 and Washington Street intersection. Close to everything including dog park, Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, In-n-Out Burger, Del Taco and many other nicer restaurants, golf courses, the Tennis Garden and hiking trails. Check in was easy and communication with Fabio was great. He checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was going ok. The property had a nice heated pool and hot tub area we used almost daily. The permanent residents were very friendly and we met many new friends from Minnesota and Canada at the pool. The property was as advertised and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Make sure the owner gives you the correct codes for the pool and fitness facility and the correct passwords for the TVs.

Wonderfull Place

My recent stay at this VRBO was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful, well-maintained property. The host, Fabio, went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated with Portuguese accents, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I had some of the best nights' sleep in a long time. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and I loved starting my mornings with a cup of coffee while taking in the scenic surroundings. What truly set this VRBO apart was the attention to detail and the personal touches that made me feel right at home. The host provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, my experience at this VRBO exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality, look no further! I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the host for a truly memorable stay!

When u reach out to ur host about a hidden camera concern, and he says call my lawyer! SMH

Beautiful place, UNTIL I FOUND A camera above the bathtub very inappropriate. I reached out to VRBO, twice, and nothing still !! Uploaded the pictures TWENTY TIMES for VRBO still nothing done yet. So I reached out to MY HOST (the guy who owns it) with my concerns, mind you my 4 year old son and my little sister use this bathtub, my host says he's not that kind of guy, and he can probably convince me he's not that kind, then tells my from now on talk to his lawyer so HE IS NOT ABUSED!!??with that kind of NARCISSISTIC BEHAVIOR from someone, I WENT TO BED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME FEARING MY Family's SAFETY AND IF HE WAS GONNA COME TO THE HOUSE AT NIGHT!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY STAYS..

Home away from home...

The location of this property is perfect , lots of stuff to do and easy access to the highway. The pool at the condo was great and a hot tub...The condo is modern and well lived in. The bedrooms both King on suites were an added bonus... The few problems we had were handled promptly but the owner...Good extended stay...

Great Winter Break

We spent a month at the villa and enjoyed every aspect of the stay. The location is very close to Washington and 111 which has multiple grocery stores and restaurants that are a short walk away. In addition, it is very easy to head south into La Quinta or hop on Fred Waring to head up the valley. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. Spent time on the balcony enjoying the outdoors as well. The only downside was no network tv availability. Had guests visit and they enjoyed the stay as well. Will certainly lease it again for our next trip.

La Quinta Villa

I enjoyed my stay here a great deal. The furnishings are comfortable and quality. The owner is very pleasant and was available for any questions is a timely fashion. The amenities are quiet; the pool and gym empty so you have the run of the place. The condo is well provisioned with most things anyone arriving would need, even small details like a wine opener or a whisk were available. I highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay

Excellent property to stay at. Great location that is not too far from any of the great attractions in the area. Place was neat and clean and more than we expected. Property was also pet friendly which worked great for us on our stay there with our small dogs. You can spend more at some area hotels, but I would highly recommend this property to stay at instead of a hotel.
