3rd house to Stinson Beach surf break. beach chairs, toys, bocce ball, corn hole, coolers. views of both the ocean and Mt. Tam. fenced deck.
Very clean with updated central heating. sun-filled, and nicely decorated beach home with updated kitchen, Bosch stove, dw, full size fridge, blender, several decks to enjoy sun or shade when you are not on the beach.
Short walk to town grocery, restaurants, post office, library,kids park & ping pong and airstream food truck. Free EV charging stations at the end of the parking lot in the public park.
Upstairs, the cheerful, well-appointed kitchen has an eating counter and view and sounds of the ocean. Updated central heating and double pane windows make it cozy. Fireplace does not work - not available. Open floor plan of kitchen, living room and dining area, all with ocean views. The upstairs master bedroom with queen bed, desk & chair opens to an upper deck with eating table, chairs, new propane bbq grill and views of the ocean and hills.
The two bedrooms on the first floor share a full bath with access to the bath through the smaller bedroom that has a desk & chair. The larger bedroom with queen bed on the first floor opens to a rear garden deck, hot tub, and chaises. Master bedroom on top floor has ocean view and 2nd fl deck.
Kids welcome - graco pack and play with sheets in closet.
Sand Toys, bocce ball, cornhole, chairs, beach umbrella. Flat screen TVs in each room. Game chest on stair landing includes ocean bingo, rummikub, backgammon, monopoly, chess.
Sorry, no smoking and no large gatherings. max 6 people overnight and max 10 people day use. No rvs or campers. Fireplace is decorative only. Parking for 2 cars parallel in drive. Other cars on arroyo or in front of house if available. Short walk to town to rent surf boards and wet suits. Great library! parkside has small grocery next to patio with baked goods & artisanal breads.
Wonderfully warm Outdoor shower to use after the beach to rinse sand off before hopping into the rear deck hot tub or relaxing on chaises under umbrella in back deck. rinse hot tub filter with hose and remove sand in tub (sand vac for small amounts of sand after you rinse off from beach) hot tub cleaned for each guest
Super sunlit & clean, you will not want to leave!

Literally steps from the beach, with a great retro beach house vibe. Well-equipped with both kitchen staples for cooking, beach gear, and toys as well. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My partner and child had such a lovely time at this rental. The house is beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. Stinson beach is wonderful and you can walk bare foot from the porch right to the beach. The house is clean. The white with blue accents create the perfect beach vibe. The beds are very comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, 2 showers that are all very nice. The host was very communicative and friendly. The house offered sand toys and beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring that stuff. It was the perfect beach getaway!

We had a glorious stay just steps from the beach enjoying sunset and long walks. We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided to hang out at the beach. It is a two story home with views from the deck . I enjoyed the oceanside interior white on white with pops of color decor . Mary is a gracious host.

This was such an amazing place. So great to have the outdoor shower and hot tub. Games, kid safe. Placed was stocked with all equipment you would want for the beach as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Mary was so communicative and kind from the day I booked to the day we left. Hopefully coming back and definitely recommend.

fantastic location and fantastic owner

we were two families with 3 kids total and were comfy in Mary's place, absolutely loved the location, great amenities, tons of towels thankfully, and family-friendly touches (beach dump truck toys, shovels and kid utensils were appreciated!). great outdoor shower. Mary was lovely to communicate with. we have no complaints and hope to stay at her place again next summer!

We absolutely loved it. 3 adults and 3 children was a little tough in 3 double beds. (I mistakenly thought there would be twin bedded room(s)). We had trouble keeping the white floor looking good. The neighbors were friendly. We really appreciated the sand toys, proximity to the beach, the well equipped kitchen/house, the hot tub and the decor. Parking was perfect.

Beautiful quiet stay steps from the ocean

The property is in a quiet space so close to the beach! It was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. Mary was very kind and responsive!The house had all the amenities needed and you can walk to town where there was a great market and cafe. The area was quiet and peaceful even with many people on the beach.The house has great views from all sides with the beach on one side and the hills on the other.I would stay here again!

Peaceful getaway

This property was the perfect place to hold our family for a relaxing, post holiday get away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen convenient and well stocked. The views are even better than the photos suggest and beach access is perfect. I appreciate that our doggy was comfortable as well. Our host was attentive but not intrusive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect family getaway!

We wanted a base for our young adult children to come during time off from college and work to decompress. This was our first time staying at Stinson Beach. We enjoyed ocean views and listening to the waves, the outdoor shower, and being able to walk to coffee/market/dinner was perfect; the setting could not have been better. We also loved seeing the mountains out of the kitchen window and took advantage of the different nooks for sitting outdoors. It did get cold at night and there were indoor space heaters as well as plenty of blankets to stay warm. The house is well equipped. The hosts super responsive. We did some day trips to Pt. Reyes, oysters in Marshall, and kayaking in the bay. Would love to come back!

Beach getaway

We had a wonderful getaway to the beach with grand daughter and parents. The beach is right outside our door and it was perfect for the little one, and us! Thank you Mary for sharing your beach house with us.

We are so happy to have a place at Stinson 4 doors from the ocean to surf, boogie board and view and listen to the waves. Views of the mountains too. Lots of decks and outdoor fun. Painted Santorini white and blue (including the wood floors), it is super clean, minimalist design and comfortable with white duck Pottery Barn furniture. Great for kids and small dog. Warm Outdoor shower and hot tub. Short walk to town...enjoy the library (printer & scanner there), Parkside market (asiago & kalamata olive are our favorite breads baked daily) or Ahi Tuna at the Parkside snack shack. Rent bicycles, kayaks, surf boards, wet suits in town - steps away.

We love being this close to town - walk to the library, basketball court, hopscotch, children's play area, post office, bicycle rental and repair, small grocery, great restaurants. Quiet street - you will be asleep to the sound of the waves by 8!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Super clean & easy and almost at the beach end of a quiet street. So close to the ocean without the people walking on the beach looking in at us. Calm oasis with lots of natural light from 3 or 4 sides in each room upstairs. Lots of games, great tv, nice eating spaces inside and out. Two back decks with mountain views.
