Custom Beach Front Property

New custom beach-front home with high ceilings, natural light and two large ocean-side decks ideal for sunbathing and romantic sunset dining. Large Kitchen with Wolfe range, dining nook, and island seating.

This beautiful home features a gas fireplace with cozy sitting area in the living room, plus the house is heated by mini-split heat pump technology.

The signature spiral staircase takes you to three upstairs bedrooms. The master has spectacular views of the beach and ocean, while the other bedrooms have panoramic views of Mt. Tamalpais. The house features a separate, fully equipped indoor-outdoor bar lined with old redwood and surrounded by sand. The house fronts an expansive dune system with private beach seating overlooking the white sand and ocean. This home has a Tesla charger, and a gas grill. One Dog Allowed. Renters bringing a dog: Additional pet fee: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin over full bunk bed.

Perfect location - easy beach access and walk into town!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 adults, one 9 yr old boy, and one golden retriever was very comfortable in this house. The layout was great for cooking meals and dining in or out of doors. The kitchen has everything you need as well! The main bedroom view and deck is simply stunning and all of the beds were very comfortable. We’re booking again for next summer! Can’t wait to come back here.

Breathtaking views and great outdoor space. Seating outside allows for sweeping views of beach/ocean allowing kids to play independently while parents can still oversee.Close enough to town to walk yet far enough away to avoid crowds. Great beach getaway!

Everything was just as advertised. A great house and fun, unique bar area in 2nd separate structure in back yard. The house was well stocked and very cozy. The fireplace added warmth and was the center of the comfortable living room for our family.

Lovely oceanside home

The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed. just lovely house. The location was excellent. Privacy but wonderful beach access actually on the beach. The host was very attentive very responsive and very kind . We will be back!

Spacious open floor plan with high wood ceilings creating a warm and comfortable environment. We all loved the big bedrooms and spiral staircase, and perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom .The only complaint I have is the app required I call the office for requests even though it allows a message. I’d leave a message and the response stated to call the office rather than give a simple Yes or No response. Thus I couldn’t get a timely answer to my simple requests. This was a bit frustrating. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars!

The stand-alone bar is great, although this year we were a little disappointed that there was no beer on top. :( Still, this property is a real treasure- far enough down the beach to be less crowded, but close enough to walk to town.

Highjway one has a Management problem

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally OK until I tried to get my $1,000 deposit back. Been almost 3 weeks since we left our rental, and despite three calls, and their assurances that it was refunded, it is still not in my bank account.

We are sorry for your disappointment in not receiving your security deposit back sooner. We can only assume since it was international that there was some unexpected hold up on your end. Our policy is to return security deposits within two weeks time but very often it's within one week. If a security deposit is needing to be returned even sooner we will accommodate. The money left our bank right away as we mentioned in our many chats. I believe you received it shortly after writing this review. Again, apologies for the international banking taking longer. We have not had this issue in the past.

Including my son's wife, we are. all local and in the past spent a lot of time at Stinson. This house was perfect, on the beach mid-way between the park and the end of the spit, and beautiful view from the 2nd floor of the house. All the kitchen necessary items to make a kitchen function were provided, including coffee, spices etc. The kitchen was also will stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.
