Custom Beach Front Property

New custom beach-front home with high ceilings, natural light and two large ocean-side decks ideal for sunbathing and romantic sunset dining. Large Kitchen with Wolfe range, dining nook, and island seating.

This beautiful home features a gas fireplace with cozy sitting area in the living room, plus the house is heated by mini-split heat pump technology.

The signature spiral staircase takes you to three upstairs bedrooms. The master has spectacular views of the beach and ocean, while the other bedrooms have panoramic views of Mt. Tamalpais. The house features a separate, fully equipped indoor-outdoor bar lined with old redwood and surrounded by sand. The house fronts an expansive dune system with private beach seating overlooking the white sand and ocean. This home has a Tesla charger, and a gas grill. One Dog Allowed. Renters bringing a dog: Additional pet fee: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin over full bunk bed.

Everything was just as advertised. A great house and fun, unique bar area in 2nd separate structure in back yard. The house was well stocked and very cozy. The fireplace added warmth and was the center of the comfortable living room for our family.

Lovely oceanside home

The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed. just lovely house. The location was excellent. Privacy but wonderful beach access actually on the beach. The host was very attentive very responsive and very kind . We will be back!

Like living the dream.

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities. The most incredible part is being right on the beach. Just magical.

The stand-alone bar is great, although this year we were a little disappointed that there was no beer on top. :( Still, this property is a real treasure- far enough down the beach to be less crowded, but close enough to walk to town.

Been almost 3 weeks since we left our rental, and despite three calls, and their assurances that it was refunded, it is still not in my bank account.

Breathtaking views and great outdoor space. Seating outside allows for sweeping views of beach/ocean allowing kids to play independently while parents can still oversee.Close enough to town to walk yet far enough away to avoid crowds. Great beach getaway!

Including my son's wife, we are. all local and in the past spent a lot of time at Stinson. This house was perfect, on the beach mid-way between the park and the end of the spit, and beautiful view from the 2nd floor of the house. All the kitchen necessary items to make a kitchen function were provided, including coffee, spices etc. The kitchen was also will stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.

We made extensive use of the well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed ping pong and other games provided. The smart TV worked well for us. The beddings were lovely. The view of the beach from the master bedroom was a highlight.

This is the most well-stocked home we have stayed in. The bathrooms were like luxury hotels with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were many places to hang out and be away from others in the family when we wanted to. Also plenty of room for us all to be together. This extremely clean home had a gas BBQ that worked like a charm, and the little bungalow out back, called the Press Room was great for a history of the property and it's owners as well as roll up window for serving drinks. Great stay! Hope we can return some time soon.
