Artful Stay: Large Groups Welcome - 10 Mins to DTD, Hot Tub, Immersive Art

We're so glad your family had plenty of space to spread out and that everyone was comfortable during your stay. It's also great to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood and our convenient location close to downtown. We're so sorry for the inconvenience with the WiFi, and we're happy to share that we've since had our technician resolve the problem so it's ready for future guests. We'd love to welcome you back again!

Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that your group enjoyed the home's spacious layout, location, and amenities. We also appreciate your feedback about the bedroom temperature. During your stay, Denver was experiencing an unusually intense heat wave. We wish we had known you were feeling warm, as we would have been happy to help with the A/C settings and share a few tips to maximize its performance. Based on your feedback, we've also added fans to every bedroom to provide extra comfort during periods of extreme heat. Thank you again for staying with us!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and that the floor plan worked well for your group. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We wanted to note that your visit occurred before our team took over management of the property. Since then, the home has been deep cleaned, refreshed, and improved throughout, with enhanced cleaning standards and more responsive guest communication. We appreciate your feedback and are confident future guests will enjoy the higher standard of care the home now receives.
