Overall the place was great. Easiest check-in I’ve ever had staying at a property. Really enjoyed how close it is to everything.

The condo was great overall, but the floors were dirty, our feet were black. The dryer took all day to dry 1 load. The drain in the bathtub wouldn't stay open. There was only 1 comforter and no blankets. The dishwasher smelled awful. When the air was turned on and kept at the temperature required, the vents were dripping water. But we would still book again.

Well for starters, the door lock system would not let us in.So we had to call for help from the beginning. Then the front room TV didn't work. The biggest problem was no WiFi. We called them on the first night and we were there for 5 days with no Internet. The phone number they give you to call. Basically all the done was tell me to call my host. But it didn't mater no help. The stay was not bad but the communication was non existent. They gave me 100 key cash for my problems and still never got it working. I think they could have been better. But I will not be staying with them again.

We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. Lock access issues from the start, a non-functioning TV, and a week without WiFi are serious problems that absolutely should have been resolved quickly and properly. You deserved better support, especially after multiple attempts to get help. The $100 gesture doesn't make up for losing internet connectivity for your entire stay or the communication gaps you experienced. We understand why you've decided not to return, and those concerns are completely valid. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—it's important for us to hear where we fell short so we can do better for our guests.

Little get away

Overall it was a nice trip, although since there is only one bathroom next time I will bring extra mirrors since only one is in the bathroom and the dryer does not dry very well you will have to run it 4 times to dry a load of towels

The place was small. Check in was a disaster got a parking violation because they forgot to give me a pass. Didn’t explain the upgrade part til after a day. Was not able to use a free pass per day. Kitchen items were dirty. Definitely need black out curtains.

The location was ideal. The property was just ok. They had recently remodeled the place but the workmanship was below par. The front door was not hung properly with gaps that not only let daylight through but also the humidity. The blinds were sub-par. There was a street light next to the bedroom windows that lit the rooms all night. The bathroom was not remodeled but was adequate. They suggested a lot of things to bring because they said it wasn't supplied ie. coffee, napkins, trash bags and toiletries. However, there were some travel size toiletries and trash bags. The floor boards in the bedrooms had gaps where they didn’t meet up with the baseboards. I would also have liked a coffee table to set up games or puzzles. The kitchen was small but well stocked with coffe maker, toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, mugs, and utensils.

The condo was great. A little older, but that was fine. It was clean and exactly what we needed for our visit to the area. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the communication from the owner. Upon checking in, the info stated there were two parking passes above the refrigerator. There were no parking passes anywhere in the condo. I texted the owner at around 5pm since the check-in information stated the owners were quick to respond up until 9pm. I did not get a response until the next morning AFTER a parking violation ticket/warning was put on my vehicle overnight. The owner advised that someone would bring a parking pass by the condo. We went to the beach for a couple of hours, came back to the condo and get ready to go out for dinner. Still no passes. Meanwhile, ANOTHER parking violation ticket was placed on my vehicle advising that the vehicle would be towed and listed a phone number to call. After calling the phone number, i made contact with the on-property office person who gave me a parking pass. I don't like leaving negative reviews/comments, but maybe because of this review the owner can rectify this and the next guest(s) won't have the same issues.

Overall our stay was good. The distance from the beach and pool are great. Also not a bad distance from the pier and some great restaurants. I did have trouble with the door code not working but was able to get ahold of someone quickly who fixed the issue and we were in within minutes. Only issues we had was the wi-fi wouldn't connect so TVs wouldn't work (ended up giving up and not reaching out as it wasn't that big of a deal for our trip) the bathroom was the bigger issue we really had as the tub would not drain unless you stood there holding down the knob and the toilet is small (almost as if it is meant for kids) we did notice that the blinds in the rooms did not block the streetlights so if that keeps you up it would be a problem but other than that it was a relaxing week.
