Come and enjoy this 2-bedroom Ocean View condo on the 10th floor, in the Palmetto Tower at Dunes Village Resort. You will experience beautiful ocean views from your living room, main bedroom and private balcony. There is plenty of space to enjoy meals, play games or just relax. You and your guests can take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Guests will also have complete access to all of the amenities at Dunes Village.

While there were a few issues the host was very understanding and accommodating. The unit was overall as described and the issues encountered didn’t take away too much from our trip. They were just minor inconveniences to deal with. Making the owner aware, I am confident the issues will be addressed and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The condo was dirty and in need a many renovations/repairs. The amenities at the resort also needed repair and the pools/hot tubs open were very crowded.

The property was clean and smelled so good upon arriving! There was one minor issue with the hot water in the main bath but Nelly was quick to respond and resolve it. All linens were crisp and clean. Having 4 children present, it was a nice surprise to find that sand toys were available in the unit to use. I would definitely book with Nelly again!

It was overall a good stay and I recommend the property, but I didn’t realize until the final night that the members of my party who intended to sleep on the sleeper couch had been poorly sleeping on the couch and floor because the sleeper couch was modified to not pullout. It was too late to do anything about it at 11pm the final night when I learned of the problem. The host determined it was due to it being a newly delivered couch just prior to my stay and it was not properly setup by the installer (or tested by the host). Unfortunately this was highly impactful to the overall experience of the two family members who had poor sleep during the stay so a lower than 5 star rating is necessary. While I didn’t ask, no adjustment to the rate was offered to accommodate the reduced sleeping capacity we experienced. I know how I would have handled it as host, and that standard was not met. They did however confirm the issue has been resolved after our stay, and that they let property management know about the cockroach one of the kids caught in the front bedroom.

As Described and Quick Response

Overall, the property was as described and pictured in the images. The host responded in a timely manner to issue and was resolved. Everything was working properly. The only con was the front bathroom didn't have hot water, but the master bedroom did.

Great family spot

This was our first stay at Dunes Village and it was perfect for our family. My kids really enjoyed the games and water parks that they could come and go to as they pleased without us following them around all day. The Outdoor pool and tiki bar areas was a great spot or my husband and I to relax. I did not have to contact Nelly at all during the stay but prior to it, she was very quick to answer and questions I had. We would definitely return here

Perfectly sport for families

The property was as described. The owner had awesome communication. I love the space of the unit, and of course, all of the amenities the dunes village has to offer. The room was quiet and it was so handy having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. With an amazing view. we stars during spring break so there was plenty of families with kids. I’m not sure how full it was. But there were no issues except check out was a little crazy and I just took our luggage across the street to the garage instead of waiting on A cart and pulling the car around and it was fine because the garage is close!!! Only one mess up was there at the room was double booked through another agency and the tenants did have the code that I was given so I do hope that code gets changed weekly!

The condo needs a deep cleaning

Overall the listing is accurate but the place needs to be deep cleaned. The door and wall are dirty near high touch areas. The bathroom shower wall is also dirty. Though the owner doesn’t control the pool area it was under whelming and the pool water was also not the cleanest.The owner did say she would send a cleaning crew but they must not have been available during my 2 night stay because they never came. The vents looked to have black mold growing on them. The couch needed to be cleaned. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it with all the stains. We also found a roach, and again the owner did say she would send maintenance. The kitchen was stocked with needed items and it had a big balcony. The beds were also nice and firm. Linen and towels seemed very clean.Overall , I wouldn’t stay again, the cleanliness didn’t meet my standards. The owner was polite and said she would work on the problems.

The condo was just as described. Didn’t use the kitchen so I can not say about the stocking of plates etc. the only complaint we had was the water in the hall bathroom for some reason wouldNot get hot. Even though it was a side view it was great. Would definitely stay again

Nice condo but….

Thank you for opening your condo up to us! Positives:* Communication with the property manager was AMAZING & ATTENTIVE! * Condo is nice, accurate description (slightly dated), bed is super comfortable and kitchen is stocked with everything you need. * Elevators are quick* everyone I interacted with the Dunes Village staff was amazing & friendlyNegatives:* a lot of people, kids in the pool area - A LOT! One of the reasons we choose to come here was to use the splash pad area for the grandkids. There were times that there was 15-20 people in a hot tub area that the capacity is 1/2 of that. The pool areas including the splash pad were the same. We choose to not go. * BIGGY: there is a constant noise - constant - that you can hear throughout the whole condo even over the TV. It sounds like a weed eater. It is possibly some type of pump system in the building but it is LOUD and ALL NIGHT in a weird pattern. I brought it to the attention of the property manager and it was stated it is something with the building which is accurate. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THE PROPERTY OWNER OR MANAGER CAN FIX without getting the Dunes Village involved so I do NOT hold the property owner responsible for this. However, I do feel like it is important in the review because I would not stay here again because of it. Have a wonderful 2025!

Wonderful trip

The Dunes is a very nice resort. It is close to Broadway at the Beach and many other popular destinations. Our unit was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nelly was always gracious and quick to respond. The resort schedules activities throughout the day/week. These are great for families. For our trip, they had Halloween activities throughout the weekend. The staff was helpful and friendly. The numerous pools and indoor waterpark were fun and an added bonus.
