Come and enjoy this 2-bedroom Ocean View condo on the 10th floor, in the Palmetto Tower at Dunes Village Resort. You will experience beautiful ocean views from your living room, main bedroom and private balcony. There is plenty of space to enjoy meals, play games or just relax. You and your guests can take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Guests will also have complete access to all of the amenities at Dunes Village.

This place was perfect and fit 6 people comfortably. It was clean and we had no check in issues. The view is gorgeous and all of the pools are clean and nice. The host responded fast and was glad to answer any questions I had. I Would definitely book again.

This condo was really nice. Very clean, great space layout. No loud sounds traveling from the hallway or room to room. Great view of the water. The hotel itself was really great for kids. The restaurant in the hotel was really good food, fast service, and affordable. Truly enjoyed our experience. The host was very efficient with communication and accommodating. Will be going to this condo again!

I would definitely stay here again. The pictures were spot on for how it looked. We were close to all the attractions, shops, restaurants, and obviously the ocean. Taking 4 adults, 4 children, and an infant we had plenty of room. Always a plus to not have them piled up when sleeping. Two bathrooms meant you weren't waking each other up or taking hours getting clean.The amenities were great, with the option of both sides of the resort the grandkids never got bored. Waterslides, pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers. The food poolside was a bit pricey, but convient and delicious. The host was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. There was always ample parking. All in all it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and this condo was a perfect place to stay. The location worked really well for our family—it was nice and quiet being away from the main boardwalk, but still close enough to everything we needed.The view from the balcony was great, and we loved having easy access to the beach. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor water park, which gave us something fun to do on the cooler days.The condo itself was clean and matched the photos, which we really appreciated. We did have a minor issue with the fridge, but Nelly was very responsive and quickly had maintenance come out to take care of it.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The location of the room was great. Being so close to the ocean was a great perk. We enjoyed the view . We were there for 6 nights. A glitch on the first night with having no lights in bedroom 1. It was quickly remedy the next morning. No effect on our time. We discovered that the freezer didn't keep things frozen there again didn't effect our time. We all know things can break and malfunction. A couple days the hot water was totally not plentiful, but the rest of them it was hot and had plenty.There again maybe thats a system glitch of the Dunes. Not on the owner. Kids loved the water park entities, they were a great perk. The host response to things was quick and addressed and fixed as quickly as could by the host. All in all we fully loved the condo. But those little things kept me from giving an over all 5 star.

While I’m happy we were able to address the bedroom lighting issue quickly, I apologize again for the inconvenience caused by the freezer and the intermittent hot water. Your feedback is very helpful. The unit now has a brand new refrigerator and I’ll continue working with the building team to ensure these systems are as reliable as possible for future guests. It means a lot to know that, despite these minor issues, you had a great overall experience and fully enjoyed the condo. The property was clean and smelled so good upon arriving! There was one minor issue with the hot water in the main bath but Nelly was quick to respond and resolve it. All linens were crisp and clean. Having 4 children present, it was a nice surprise to find that sand toys were available in the unit to use. I would definitely book with Nelly again!

While there were a few issues the host was very understanding and accommodating. The unit was overall as described and the issues encountered didn’t take away too much from our trip. Great family spot

This was our first stay at Dunes Village and it was perfect for our family. My kids really enjoyed the games and water parks that they could come and go to as they pleased without us following them around all day. The Outdoor pool and tiki bar areas was a great spot or my husband and I to relax. I did not have to contact Nelly at all during the stay but prior to it, she was very quick to answer and questions I had. We would definitely return here

The condo was just as described. Didn’t use the kitchen so I can not say about the stocking of plates etc. the only complaint we had was the water in the hall bathroom for some reason wouldNot get hot. Even though it was a side view it was great. Would definitely stay again

Overall, the property was as described and pictured in the images. The host responded in a timely manner to issue and was resolved. Everything was working properly. The only con was the front bathroom didn't have hot water, but the master bedroom did.

Wonderful trip

The Dunes is a very nice resort. It is close to Broadway at the Beach and many other popular destinations. Our unit was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nelly was always gracious and quick to respond. The resort schedules activities throughout the day/week. These are great for families. For our trip, they had Halloween activities throughout the weekend. The staff was helpful and friendly. The numerous pools and indoor waterpark were fun and an added bonus.

Dunes Village is a great place for a vacation for all age groups, especially, families with children. In addition to the convenient beach access, the indoor water park, lazy rivers (indoor and outdoor). During your stay, you can play tennis, pickle-ball, basketball, beach volleyball, pool and ping-pong. There are daily scheduled activities organized by the resort staff.
