Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay here so much. It is a perfect location, centrally located to all activities and easy beach access. There are so many things to do at the resort and condo was just as described. Great overall, we will stay again!

Great place!
We loved everything about this stay. There was something for all the kids to do and we had a range of ages. Right on the beach, inside water options when you need a break from the sun, food options on site, 10/10!

The room was beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and extremely clean.No problem communicating with the host or with the check in and out process. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the unit for our Thanksgiving holiday and would gladly stay there again on future trips to MB.

Great View
Waking up to the sunrise with coffee on the balcony was awesome. The room was perfect for our family of seven. It had everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend it. We'll be back for sure.

Great family stay
Really enjoyed the corner unit with all the windows and no one above us in that part of the building. Neat layout! Next door facility was a little loud late into the night. A map to explain where the palmetto building would have made the easy check-in perfect! Very clean and organized unit! Thanks for a lovely stay!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It is newly renovated and very clean. It was the small details that stood out to me - kid's utensils, extra blankets and pillows in the closets, baskets inside the pantry for food storage, etc. The beds were comfortable! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Cockroaches
Nowhere in the listing does it tell you that you will need to wash the towels/rags yourself. We had to go out and buy detergent because the hotel wouldn't give us clean ones since this is a VRBO booking. Then my husband saw multiple cockroaches in the hallway throughout our stay. On our last day there we even found them in our room. Now we worry about bringing them home with us. Disgusting!

To clarify, we do send a detailed check-in letter several days prior to arrival that outlines what is provided in the unit. As mentioned there, we supply a starter pack of essentials this includes toiletries, dish soap, and a small amount of laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if needed during longer stays, including washing their towels and linens.
Regarding the towel service, since this is a vacation rental (not a full-service hotel), we do not offer daily housekeeping or towel exchanges.
As for the pests, we understand how unsettling that must have been. Please know we take this seriously. Our property is professionally sprayed on a monthly basis. Being located in South Carolinaāthe Palmetto Stateāit's not uncommon for palmetto bugs to occasionally make their way inside, especially during the warmer months. These large insects are often mistaken for cockroaches, though they typically enter from outside and are not indicative of an infestation.
