The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This is the second time in this specific condo and years of coming to the El Matador with my family for reunions. This condo specifically out of the 6 that my whole family used that week was in the worst conditions. The pictures used to advertise this condo are not accurate. The couch and chair are worn and have stains and you feel dirty sitting on them. The floor rug is not the same and the one there has a bucket worth of sand in it never been taken out to shake out. The master bed mattress is beyond firm and old and the comforter doesn’t get washed and has stains all over it. The fan in the master bath doesn’t work. The kitchen floor is sticky and has stains. The worst part is the sliding door this unit has never replaced their door making it impossible to open with one hand and no child can do it. Disappointed and so dirty we came home early and the owner didn’t care about our experience. The amount of money they are charging is ridiculous to the age and lack of care in this condo. Again our family has 6 condos and our family felt horrible for us having to stay in this condo for the same money. We won’t be back after going there for 30 years.
