This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of this complex. It faces the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular view from the private balcony. The Master bedroom which faces the beach has a King size bed, TV and DVD player. The Guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a TV/ DVD player and the living room has 2 DAY BED, 2 CHAIRS for your comfort. There is a TV and DVD player and WI-FI internet access. The large Galley shaped kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and well stocked cabinets for the cooks in the group. There is a large Island for extra counter space. There is a separate laundry room in the condo with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience The Summerlin property features a gulf-side pool (heated in winter), BBQ grills, a boardwalk to go directly to the beach, and covered ground floor parking. This unit comes with FREE Beach Service.

We have been coming to Okaloosa Island for years and our recent visit staying at this lovely condo is as the best yet! It was immaculate and absolutely stunning view! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the location and the view is amazing. The condo overall is nice and the furniture was nice. The bathrooms could use a little extra cleaning the cloth shower curtain was molded. The toilets and tubs needed to be cleaned better.

We loved the patio raised chairs and could sit out there everyday. Bathtubs could be updated but overall a really nice stay!My only complaint would be that we had to go to an offsite Dropbox (both at check in and check out) to get a key and room info such as the code to the door. It would be nice if that was just emailed/texted to you and you could go straight to the room

It had everything we needed. The beach access was so close it was nice not having to load everything to take to the beach. The balcony had really nice chairs to enjoy the sunsets and morning coffee. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

We took a girls trip with my mom, sister and our girls. This place was perfect for what we needed. Very easy walk to the beach and not crowded on the beach. Everything in the condo was top notch and beautiful from floors, countertops, furniture, beds were very comfortable, etcā€¦ they do have the chairs and umbrellas they set up in front of the condo, if that is needed for you. We bring our own tent so the chairs just block our view but is fine. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely visit again. My sister said she may bring her family back to the same condo it was so good! The only suggestion I have for the homeowner is to upgrade the sheets. With everything else so nice and comfortable the sheets felt very rough and uncomfortable. Easy fix and not too expensive and will make a huge difference. Also if you leave one roll of paper towels that would be helpful. I donā€™t know if it was an over sight but we had none. That was the only things I could find that was not great! Would definitely stay again.

We had a nice relaxing vacation. The only thing that would of made it better was the pool wasn't heated and would of been nice the time of the year that we went. Nice place

Overall the facility was nice. The Unit however was not the best that it could be. They recently remodeled the unit and left the unused trim laying out behind the couch, it stuck out far enough that it is in clear site. The shower curtains were both dirty. The beds were pretty comfortable. The outside furniture is very nice. The listing stated the tv in the master is a smart tv and it is not.The couch and recliners are nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We really liked that the beach was less busy in front of the facility. It is located in a great area. It was nice to have the beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella. They did say the pool would be heated but it was not, the water was very cold. The place we booked through was great, they were very helpful with getting checked in after hours.

Great getaway!

Nice spacious condo. Kitchen had all necessities for cooking and baking. Beds were comfortable - all were memory foam type. Beach was nice and quiet, beach service meant we had chairs and umbrella every day. Just what we were looking for.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Summerlin 404. Perfect location with fantastic views, the beach was not crowded at all! I would recommend a sleeper sofa in the living room vs the rollaway beds, leaving more towels for parties of 6, and the shower needs a shower head with more pressure (it was almost just a trickle). The couch in the living room was dirty looking but overall none of this was anything that we couldn't deal with! A big positive for us was they had ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms which is a must for us! AJH Reality, especially Austin, was fantastic dealing with, very helpful, professional and accommodating! Will definitely be booking with them again!

Also close to the unit so no driving out of the way.Unit was clean, well decorated, and full of amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Ice machine in the fridge worked as well, which is a huge plus since a lot of units donā€™t have this hooked upBeach service (chairs and umbrellas) were provided but unit also had boogie board, beach chair (if you want to sit in the water to soak your toes), and a small portable cooler. Overall no complaints at all, and unit is updated/modern would highly recommend we will back for sure, and view is amazing! A+++

Great stay

Great condo for our family of 4 with two teens. The king bed is a memory foam and very comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen. One boogie board and chair if needed. Puzzles for a rainy day. Great stay!!

Condo 404

The condo was very beautiful perfect view of the beach/ocean, not far from things to do, my only complaint is the tv in the master bed room had discolored lines all on the screen (like the internal screen was going out) so you couldn't watch tv, informed management right away through email and also followed up with a call the next day as it was after hours when we checked in to ensure they knew it was like that when we checked in even though it says they check everything beforehand and no one ever contacted me after or came to check the tv out so we went the entire stay with not being able to watch tv in the master bedroom, even followed up with another email before we left with still no response. Other than that we had no issues.

Great!

The condo was a perfect for our stay and the price was great. It is one of the few condos that we have stayed in that actually had sharp knives! Looked like many things had recently been updated. Would definitely stay there again.
