We would like to clarify that none of the issues described were reported to our team during or immediately after your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to address them in real time. Our properties are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, and no concerns regarding cleanliness, safety hazards, furniture condition, or thermostat function were documented during the pre-arrival inspection or by guests before or after your visit. Regarding the brief power outage, this was an area-wide utility issue that was outside of our control. Thermostats may temporarily reset following outages, and our team is always available to assist if guests experience difficulties restoring settings. Parking availability and community rules are governed by the HOA, and while we understand parking can feel limited during peak occupancy, designated spaces and signage are clearly posted to maintain safety and access for all residents and guests. We regret that you chose not to reach out during your stay, as we value the opportunity to correct concerns when they arise. While we’re sorry this property was not the right fit for your needs, we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.
