Located in Bahía de Banderas, this one-of-a-kind condo is a 45 minute drive of Puerto Vallarta’s airport and a short drive to Punta Mita’s Four Seasons Hotel.

This beautiful Condo includes 2 private bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with queen bed, a flat screen TV room with exquisite sofa bed, plus a full size Master Suite, 3 Bathrooms. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with Zub-Zero fridge and Wolf stove. Patio with Ipe deck. Spacious living room and dinning room. Terrace with second dinning area and outside living area, garden and a serene infinity pool that sets the stage for the rolling ocean’s surf mere yards from the spillway!

The grounds are as luxurious and calming as the home and include 3 infinity pools, spectacular beach club, Spa, restaurant and gym.

Guests can enjoy a wonderful array of activities on the Punta Mita peninsula. Such activities include a day at the local farmers market's in Sayulita, a round of golf at one of two world renowned Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, or an authentic meal on the Avenue Anclote or a whale watching tour.

WONDERFUL LOCATION

Had a wonderful time for 10 days with three generations of our family. One of the best locations in PV area. Alvaro, the owner, was great help and Flor made all meals very special. Would highly recommend this vacation location.

Loved the ground floor of Pacifico as so easy to get to beach. Loved having help with cooking and cleaning. We will be back to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets

Totally Relaxed

We had a wonderful time! The villa is beautiful and offered everything that you could need. The views are just breathtaking and so relaxing. From the comfort to the delicious meals that were prepared for us, we can not wait to return to Paradise! This was truly a relaxing vacation.

Ultimate Vacation Homes/Rental

This was by far the best experience, Flor was so nice and accommodated all of our needs while at the property. This might become a yearly vacation spot for us, and my wife loved the city, property, and atmosphere while here. Thank you again for everything.

What a terrific place - amazing views. nicely appointed. Flor was a sweetheart and very helpful. The larger pool for Pacifico is also great - heated and so nice at night. Would love to come back.

Beautiful Home and Location

Exceptional home located on the beach. Luxurious finishes and well-appointed. Wonderful kitchen and baths. The private pool was awesome. We loved how the whole back wall opens and you can hear the waves! Fantastic host - very helpful. Check-in and out was easy. Flora cooked for us too! Amazing.

What a perfect stay!

The house was lovely, quiet, safe and so beautiful. We enjoyed every minute. The pool was warm after the first day, our beds were all so comfortable, the blackout shades in the bedrooms helped with sleeping in. We had Flor make lunches for us and they were DELICIOUS. I can't say enough how great of a trip we had and how happy we were to be based in that house.

Great New Year!

We had a great family vacation. The owner helped in everything. The house was impecable, and the service superb. Well equiped kitchen. We went with 4 children and a baby, the place was perfect for all of them. Quiet and suitable beach for families. Warm and very clean private pool. Strongly recommended for family holidays.

Liked it Better than Hawai'i

Everything about this location was perfect. The water temp at this time of year was 80'F and above! The weather was great. We were close enough to grocery stores but didn't feel like we were stuck in the tourist trap that is Puerto Vallarta. The service was amazing and I highly recommend the cooks! It made it the most relaxing stay to have meals prepared for us. Gorgeous Home as well as the Views. To look over the pool and into the ocean was amazing! I highly recommend this property!! I hope to come back again!

Lovely spot

This was a beautiful few days. We were here for a wedding at the W so being so close was perfect! The condo was all we expected and Flor (housekeeper) was so nice and helpful! Our only reason for the 4 star rating was the surprise of very noisy construction happening next door! There was some sort of demolition on the common wall and it sounded like it was inside! A heads up would have been nice! All else was great!

Wow! What an amazing place.

We immediately fell in love with this beautiful beach front apartment as soon as we entered. The gourmet kitchen, nice seating areas and the amazing private pool! The rooms are quite spacious, beds and sofa are super comfortable. Best of all, the house keeping ladies Flor and her daughter Anna! What can I say! They are attentive and caring, amazing cooks/bar tender. We love them so much! ❤️ Our family had a wonderful relaxing stay and we're already planning to make this place our yearly gathering event. Highly recommend!

Amazing Week

This is an incredible unit on an amazing beach with a top notch staff. You can’t beat the location as you’re right on the beach (surf break in front and 45 second walk to the W). We had two families with young kids and we were either in our private pool, at one of the many uncrowded pools at Los Veneros, or in the ocean. We had Flor as a chef for every breakfast and dinner and the food was outstanding! Highly recommend. The whole staff from communication pre check in to cleanliness and attentiveness while we were there was like being at a luxury resort. We plan to be back soon! Austin M

Gorgeous views, beautiful accomodation

We loved our stay at Los Veneros! The decor inside is beautiful and the views are even more spectacular. It felt like a house even though it's technically a condo and though you do have neighbors, it is still very private. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the W Hotel right next door for a drink or bite to eat. Flor cooked for us a couple of dinners and lunches and the paella was our favorite dish! It was great having someone cook and clean so we could relax and enjoy. Would definitely recommend! Keep in mind it is a bit of a hike to Puerto Vallarta, but there is plenty to do nearby. We went out on a sailboat and saw whales, went snorkeling at Las Marietas and had a blast. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Stunning beachfront house

We had a great time at Alvaro's place. The location right in front of the beach gave us amazing days and sunsets. The only wrinkle: we accepted the proposal of having the house manager do grocery shopping and cook for us one night. The bill came out to almost $1,000 for 8 people (!!!) with questionable receipts. In hindsight, we would have been much better off dining out and doing our groceries. Nevertheless, the owner sorted out the situation well, so we were able to put this issue behind us. All in all, I'd recommend staying at Alvaro's house without the grocery and cooking service.

We have found our happy place!!

We just returned from a week in Los Veneros and can't stop thinking about how quickly we can get back there. Alvaro(the owner) was wonderful to work with. He was responsive and extremely helpful as we were traveling with two children under 1 so had a lot to coordinate. Flor(house manager) and Isa(cook) were lovely, helpful and responsive to anything we needed and by the end of the trip felt like part of our family. And now...to the location. It was HEAVEN. The condo was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and the beach was incredible. We traveled with 5 kids under the age of 8 and the adults came back RELAXED!!! We spent the week trying to find things wrong and the best we could come up with was that at 3 pm a tree obstructed the sun if you were in the pool. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place but I don't want to say too much for fear others will love it too and we won't ever be able to come back.

Beautiful Location - Property Has it's Quirks

Your initial impression upon arrival will be WOW! The positives: It has a breathtaking view. Steps away from the best beast in the Punta Mita area. Flor is a wonderful cook - no reason to leave the house. Safe resort with plenty of staff to assist. The cons: Linens/towels are tired and should be replaced. No outlets in the master bathroom - very strange and somewhat inconvenient if you have a house full of other people. Wi-Fi is sketchy - would be challenging/frustrating to get work done (if you need to do work while vacationing). Neighboring property (The W) is a fun property with great restaurants, but can be quite noisy late into the evening hours. We visited during a "quiet" week (mid-January) so staffing was an issue (bars/shops were not open every day) and you couldn't count on shop hours posted. Overall: We would definitely stay at Los Verneros Resort again in the future.

Perfect location, amazing villa & great service!

Everything about this property - the location, the grounds and the actual Villa - was perfect for our family of 10. We had young adults as well as some in their late '70s. Waves right out in front of property, white sand beach with no rocks, great beach club access for pools, drinks and food service on the sand along with your own beach umbrella every day. Housekeeper, cook, maid led by Flor was everything we needed. The meals, drinks and appetizers were a staple for us at least two meals every day. Laundry was done, if requested and she even went to the grocery store for us to get anything we asked for. Owner very responsive and helpful with tips and contacts for excursions and other needs. Negatives? Property is a little remote - meaning you have to drive everywhere for excursions and meals (but we liked this). Taxis can be on the expensive side into Punta De Mita or Sayulita. Overall, we can' say enough positive things about our trip and this property. I would highly recommend this rental over any we have stayed at before over the years.

So Wonderful!

A group of us spent a week in this villa for a friend's wedding and it was wonderful! The villa was beautiful, the staff was amazing and we would certainly go back. The unit is on the ground level and close to everything. We spent most of our time at the main Pacifico pool, but also ventured over to the W Hotel to visit the rest of our group. Flor, Isa and Anna (the cooks and housekeepers) took wonderful care of us - they prepared 13 meals from scratch for us over the course of the week and they were delicious! The bedrooms aren't quite as they are pictured, but we made it work. The master has a King bed. The second room has a queen futon bed (with no closet or dresser). The third room has two full beds (not a queen, as described). The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed, a twin bed and a twin trendle bed (with its own bathroom). The unit is well equipped and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this villa, this property and most of all the authentic mexican cooking!!

Beautiful Place

We recently returned from our lovely stay at Los Veneros. This rental is steps from the best beach in the area. The beach is huge, clean, excellent for surfing but also safe to swim. Just in front of the complex there are soccer nets and volleyball nets set up, a place to rent surfboards, and lots of well cared for seats, loungers and sun umbrellas ready for use. The property staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very delicious, well priced beach restaurant at the far end of the beach. The other end of the beach is The W, offering “ok” overpriced food but offers lovely grounds to explore. This particular unit is in the best location of the complex. Steps from the beach. Close to the complex pools but still very private. The unit offers an excellent layout, lots of space, well furnished and comfortable. Although daily housekeeping is offered (and Flor is lovely), the unit could use a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The washer dryer and dishwasher could also be replaced (the dishwasher didn’t work for us and the dryer is unable to dry 3 towels within a 2 hour period). -but all easy fixes and wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again. This unit is very reasonably priced and if your dates are available I wouldn’t hesitate to book. It books up fast!

Outstanding

This was our third visit to Los Veneros, but our first visit to Pacifico 102. The apartment was very well equipped and very well situated in the complex. The apartment has its own plunge pool, but we mostly used the communal pool, which was larger, and right on the ocean. Owner Alvaro was very responsive and helpful in the lead up to our visit, and during the visit. We did have some minor maintenance issues on arrival which were quickly fixed, so I see that as a positive. Things will break in that humid environment; what matters is how quickly they get fixed… Housekeeper Flor and her daughter Anna did a brilliant job cleaning and cooking for us during our stay. About the only negative since our last visit is the decline of the beach club restaurant. It used to be our favorite hangout for an informal dinner, but the old building has been knocked down to make way for the new W resort next door to Los Veneros. The beach club restaurant is now housed in a tent on the east side of the complex and closes at 7:00pm. The food is not as good as it once was, and service at the pools is significantly slower. The food outlets at the W are available to Los Veneros guests, and the food is good, but VERY expensive. Overall, we would highly recommend Pacifico 102 for your beach vacation.

once you are here... you never want to leave!

Without a doubt, Los Veneros is our favorite destination for surfing. This year was no exception, we had phenomenal surf and boogie board conditions. My boys were very very happy! The owner, Alvaro is a pleasure to communicate with. He was quick with his response time and has an EXCELLENT staff to take care of all the details. The unit itself is so comfortable... you lack for nothing. A special thank you to the housekeeper Flor who took care of the villa... I appreciated the fresh beach towels daily! In all the places we have rented, I have never stayed in a condo that is so well equipped for hosting large events... the kitchen is stocked with all you could ever need for entertaining! Lovely! The living and dining area... with the view and ambience are priceless. What a wonderful way to unwind... the sound of the ocean all day long. The private pool is heated and the optic lights at night were lovely! the direct access to the beach is awesome... no unit compares! Los Veneros has the highest security and the staff are so friendly! The beach is exquisite, quiet and so private. I would have to say that staying in the Pacifico building is the only option at the resort... the best views and nicest resort pool in addition to your own private pool. Alvaro, thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with our family! we had a wonderful time...
