Guests can enjoy access to the seasonal Sea Pines Trolley with a stop located just across the street from the community entrance, taking you to Harbour Town, The Shops at Sea Pines Center, the Sea Pines Beach Club and more! Sea Pines is an incredibly bike friendly community with miles of scenic paths and you are only a 4-minute bike ride to the beach!

Upon entering the villa, you must walk up a few steps to get to the main level. The first floor features a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful skylights shining through to the dining room. The living room features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a smart TV and a beautiful view of nature with large windows. Off the living room, guests can relax on the screened-in deck with an outdoor dining space, propane grill and unique view on the beauty of Hilton Head Island.

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, smart TV and newly renovated bathroom with a spa-like ambiance and tiled-walk in shower. Upstairs, the loft acts as a designated workspace with a desk. Behind closed doors, guests have access to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and twin-size trundle with a renovated ensuite featuring a shower/tub combo. This villa also features new LVP flooring throughout! Our stay at this Wildwood Spa property offered a wonderful experience from two vehicle parking to multi rooms for stay. We felt at home with interior decoration and beach chairs and umbrella for stay. Loved the open interior, dining table, comfortable furniture and decoration of stay.

Great location in Sea Pines

Great property, excellent location. Short walk or ride to the beach and Harbor Town. I liked that the second bedroom and bathroom was upstairs so the kids had their own space. Screened porch was a nice bonus. It was nice to have a pool and tennis court on site. Would definitely stay again.

Nice condo and location with downsides

Although the main rooms were very clean, the screened in porch did not appear to have been cleaned all Spring. Also, please note that bikes must be reserved in advance. Communication was confusing, as it involved 3-4 different companies.

Perfect Family Condo

We had such a nice stay at Sea Pines in this condo! Great location and set up for our family of four and our small dog. Our two kids (6 and 5) loved it as well! Very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time biking around Sea Pines and the location was a very close bike ride to the Beach Club and Harbour Town! The property managers were great and check in/check out was a breeze. We will be back!

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. The location is quiet, close to pool and tennis court. Riding the bikes to the beach was a lot of fun. Highly recommend renting a cargo trailer for beach equipment. The screened in porch is nice to sit outside in the evening. Kitchen is well equipped. Property management was very responsive.

Nice vacation

Overall our stay was great. Had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of promptly. The condo is in a great location, very quiet. There are restaurants and grocery stores really close. Tip: take the toll road to get here, worth the $1.25, easy shuttle ride to the beach just down the road. 3 bikes were a bonus. Pet friendly, sheets provided to cover the furniture with. They have a regular coffee pot and a keurig as well. Had a wonderful time.

Contemporary, comfortable and clean townhouse in convenient area of Sea Pines.

We thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse, well-located in the middle of Sea Pines. Perfect for a couple or small family. It's spotless inside and not cluttered with lots of tchotchkes (but supplied with everything you need for cooking, etc.). It's an easy walk to the Plantation Club (with a bike/walking trail going through the golf course) and you can use the two bikes provided for the many bike paths throughout Sea Pines. Jessica provided us with all the info needed for the unit and surrounding areas, and she quickly responds to questions. Definitely recommend this property.

Expected more

Property management was great, always responsive. For as much as we paid to stay at this location, I really don’t think you can claim that this place has been renovated when the appliances, especially the refrigerator is decades old. Besides leaking all over the place, it froze items in the frig. We left early because we were tired of dealing with it.

We are so sorry Randy had the problem with the refrigerator as he's stayed with us before and always great experiences. The ice maker has been repaired and everything works perfectly now. Unfortunately the repair required a full defrosting of the fridge and freezer to be accomplished.

Sea Pines on Hilton Head was Ideal Place to Stay

We've been to Hilton Head twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Our condo was a beautiful two bedroom with a Queen bed and two single beds. My wife and I were there with two teenagers so it was perfect. The upper floor had the bedroom with the two singles where the teenagers slept. The main floor had the main bedroom, bath, and very open and comfortable living room to relax, play games, and watch tv. There is a full kitchen which is nice for the days we don't want to go out to eat.. There is also a beaufiul sunroom off the back which is also a nice place to relax or eat a meal. The sunroom also has an outdoor shower for rinsing off when you've just come home from the beach. There is a pool which was actually super after a long day at the beach. The location is ideal as it's very close to everything and with the lovely bike paths nearby it allows you to walk, drive, or bike to the beach, ice cream shop, the store, or restaurants. We thourghly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone staying on Hilton Head.

Overall enjoyable stay

Our family appreciated the ease of the check-in process. Our Sea Pines car pass and villa instructions were sent to us a week in advance which made travel very accommodating. The location was quite and close to the beach club, food and shopping. The pool was clean, quiet and within walking distance from our villa. The villa was roomy. The place could have been better kept up but it served the purpose of our stay. The washer was dirty and unable to be used so we could only rinse our swim suits and dry them through the week. The TV remote to control the Comcast was missing, thankfully we brought our Roku and our kids were able to watch movies at night. The property manager was very helpful and attentive, which we very much appreciated. Although the villa is within biking distance I would recommend driving to the Sea Pines Beach Club and finding a spot early morning or visiting dinner time when it’s less populated and not as hot.

Loved this getaway in Seapines!

Overall, we had a great time in Seapines, it is a beautiful community and the location of the condo is so close to the beach and beach club (we loved going to Coast for lunch and dinner). It is also ~1.2 mile to Harbour town, which is so cute. The other thing we loved were the running/bike paths all along, making it easy to go for walks etc. The house was as advertised, and it looks like the first floor had been redone, which was great. We also liked the loft area that had a office space. One thing I did want to mention is the property could have used more of a deep clean and is in need of a facelift upstairs especially in the bathroom (it looks more dated than downstairs). The other thing I wanted to mention was how loud the floors are when someone is upstairs. We were especially sensitive to this as we have a 6 month old, so might not be a big deal for most, but the floors creek quite a bit. Other than that, we had a really pleasant time, and enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place to stay…pet friendly!

This property is beautiful, serene and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The unit is steps away from the pool and tennis courts (there are racquets/balls in unit), very short bike ride or walk to the beach, and a close trip to Harbor town. The openness of it is the best…you can open the side slider from the living room to the screened patio, we ate or relaxed out there daily. Listening to the birds and enjoying my coffee was great, and my dog loved being able to hang out with me, we also saw deer wandering in the backyard plenty. The kitchen had what we needed including a newer keurig we didn’t see listed. The master shower was awesome, both bedrooms had plenty of space and the loft was great for my son to work on his computer. We loved that there were 3 bikes and we didn’t need to rent any and there were plenty of beach towels by the door. Our only issue was the beds were not comfy/supportive to our liking, not used to sleeping on a spring mattress but it will not keep us from staying here again. We had no issues the entire week we stayed, and the communication to book was easy. If you want a pet friendly, open, relaxing, close to beach property…book this one!

Sliding Doors Need Fixed

Everything was as we expected with the exception the sliding doors to the screened in deck area. The ones from the master bedroom to the deck were inoperable ( screwed down permanently closed ) and the ones going out from the living room were terrible. The right door would not move and the left door had no handle. We spent a lot of time out on that area and every time we went out, or in, I had to use my finger tips to try and get the door to move. It simply put a damper on our stay each time we tried. Other than that, everything else was great..

Folks thanks so much for the feedback. We have shared it with the new owners who have invested a good deal in the property since purchasing it this year. New sliders is a large investment that I know they intend to do, but other items seemed more important during the short window the villa was open this fall. So glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great Family Villa

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. We loved the open concept of the living room and the decor/furniture. The recent upgrades are nice but it could use more work upstairs in the bathroom. Water temperature in the tub couldn’t be controlled so our kids used the master bath. The main problem was that the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Switching the mattress would fix the problem. The headboard was loose and very loud when anyone moved, but the mattress was very bouncy which are two different problems. I almost went to the couch to sleep for the week but grabbed another pillow and was able to get more comfy. I didn’t see any critters except a mosquito or two. We were happy to have bikes, chairs and toys to use. The bike ride to the beach is five minutes at most. Great pool. We enjoyed watching the deer out the patio door in the evening. All issues were reported to the manager who was happy to let the owners know. We would stay here again!

Great Stay, Hope to Return Someday

We had a wonderful stay here. We spent two weeks and did a combo of telework and vacation and it was the perfect home base for us. The location is very quiet, especially in the evening, and the condo was the perfect size for us (my husband I and my sister). The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The brand new living room furniture looked great and the sofa was really comfy. We used the washer and dryer and vacuum cleaner several times (sand--argh!). Due to covid, we cooked nearly all our meals ourselves and only got carryout a couple times. There are several supermarkets on the island and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. (Pro-tip: We had a Blue Apron meal kit delivered towards the end of the second week so could cook at home and not have lots of leftover ingredients!) We also really enjoyed eating outside on the screened porch. It was great to be able to open all the sliding glass doors and not worry about mosquitoes. As runners, we took full advantage of the trail system for daily runs. We didn't ride the bikes too much, as most of our outings were to the beach and we usually had our dog with us, but there are tons of places to explore via the trails. The walk to the beach is a solid 10+ minutes, which we didn't mind, but if you're not a walker it might feel far. Also, if you're the type who brings a lot of gear to the beach I'd recommend renting a cart as I do not believe that guests can park at the beach club year round and it would be tough to haul gear on foot that far. The pool and tennis court are directly across the parking lot from the condo if you don't want to make the trek to the beach. Jessica was really helpful and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. I'm also grateful that the owners are pet-friendly and our bully breed dog was allowed to join us--many rentals have weight or breed restrictions, which can be a challenge. (She loves swimming in the ocean and had a great time, too!)
