Located in the heart of all the action in Sea Pines, 6 Pine Court offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and style. This beautifully updated home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping eight guests with a king, queen, and four twin beds. Inside, you’ll find two inviting living areas — a spacious main living room and a separate sunroom with stylish furnishings — along with a fully stocked, modern kitchen and updated outdoor living space complete with a gas grill, ideal for family cookouts or relaxing evenings. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and four complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, as well as four backpack beach chairs for a day on the sand.

Situated in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines, this home provides quick access to the community pool, tennis courts, and playground just a block away, while maintaining a serene and private atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Its central location makes it easy to ride your bike or drive to Harbor Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina Village, and the Sea Pines Center shopping plaza, which offers boutiques, dining, and more. Guests can also take advantage of the Sea Pines Trolley stop nearby for free transportation between Harbor Town, the Beach Club, and South Beach Marina Village.

With safe, dedicated bike paths throughout Sea Pines, evenings spent on the back patio with a glass of wine, or family nights exploring all the area has to offer, 6 Pine Court is the ideal vacation home. Relaxing get away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The house was in a good location and had everything you could possibly need. The putting greens were a fun addition to the backyard morning coffee routine! The only issue we had was with the rental company, they were not responsive. I was told when I booked that a later checkout would most likely be available and I would be notified by text. I was never notified, I reached out several times during our stay, which was annoying, any never a reply. Then the night before we were to check out was told I had to be out by 10 the next morning not noon. Misleading and unresponsive!

Great little property. Very nice setup of the home. It’s pretty far from many of the things in Sea Pines. Bikes were great though. It also felt a bit dirty. Overall it was a good stay.

While the house provided eight beds, it really isn’t set up for eight adults more like four adults and four children. The kitchen and bedrooms were mostly clean, but we had to vacuum the floors after we arrived and wiped down everything. My impression was the cleaning crew is not detailed enough. The photographs in Vrbo gave the impression of a very large house, but it wasn’t. The living room chairs were small and uncomfortable. The main TV in the living room did not have a True Samsung controller that would provide access to all setup features, but it stripped down controller that was adequate but had lots of options we had to call maintenance to get the fridge door repaired as well as to repair hinges on one of the bathrooms, where the door was hanging by screws that were loose, so my overall impression was the house was not prepped prior to our arrival for the money we spent. It wasn’t five stars for us.

While the property does have eight beds, I appreciate your note that the layout is better suited to four adults and four children — we will clarify the sleeping configuration in the listing. I also apologize the cleaning and preparation fell short; I will review this with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough turnover. Our maintenance team will inspect and address the refrigerator, the bathroom door hinge, and the living room TV remote, and we’ll evaluate the seating for comfort. Wonderful pet friendly home and back yard!

This home is perfectly located from the beach to the courts! The backyard is private and fenced for our canine children. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation!

Had a lovely stay at this property. Close to everything in Sea Pines which we love biking and the convenience of having them already at the house was a bonus. Overall the house was great minus checking in and finding the air conditioning was not working at all. It was extremely hot in the house upon arrival which was not fun, especially considering we were traveling with a dog. I made a call to the property manager # which they responded to rather quickly which was amazing response time to get an HVAC tech out and the air back up and running. It put us behind about 2 hours to get it running and off to what we had planned. One thing I didn’t love about this property was the pool, didn’t feel very inviting, on the smaller side, but it is in a very wooded neighborhood… just seemed a touch outdated… this wasn’t a huge deal for us overall. Only negatives in my eyes were that we had a shower door maintenance person ring the door bell the morning we are checking out starting he was there to fix it, as you can imagine this felt off because we were only there as renters and we had not reported any such thing as an issue. Had to tell him we don’t what the deal is but we booked the house on vrbo- we were packing up and had our dog in the house. Other notable weird thing was the cleaning crew showing up sometime around 9am waiting for us to leave, checkout was at 10am so we felt a touch rushed out as we were packing and loading the car up- we were out by 9:30am.

Newly-updated house was very nice. Also nice to have bicycles and beach chairs provided. While not on the beach or at Harbour Towne, the location was pretty central so easy to get to the various places.

Summer Vacation

Very happy with our stay. Entire process was simple. House was very comfortable and clean. Included bikes and beach chairs was a great bonus! The location was central in Sea Pines Resort with ability to bike in any direction…to Seapines Beach Resort, South Beach, or Harbourtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Memorial Day weekend

Beautiful home. Comfy beds. Clean. Bathrooms for each room was appreciated with 2 teenagers and grandpa. Loved the backyard for the dog and kids enjoyed the putt putt. Bicycles and beach chairs were a great bonus.We’ve staying in many rentals, this property was top notch.

Excellent Home Away

This home was perfect for our family. Soon as we stepped in the front door, we noticed how clean, organized and updated this property was. It truly accommodated our family in every way and was stocked with everything we needed - cookware, outdoor space, beach gear and even bikes. We highly recommend this property and we would definitely consider booking 6 Pine Ct. again for future trips to Sea Pines.

Updated, pet friendly home with big back yard

We enjoyed our stay at 6 Pine Court. The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove. The beds were comfortable. The bikes came in handy. I felt comfortable letting the dog out in the back yard. It was all fenced in and well lit.

Outstanding Location/Stay

Wonderful place. Great location. Short bike ride to the pool. A little longer to the beach, but we knew that when we rented the place. Plenty of utensils/cooking items in the kitchen and loved the huge grill. The beds were comfortable and really liked the two set of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Beautiful, clean and new!

This place was super clean, newly finished, and well-stocked with supplies. All the lights, fans, and appliances were labeled, which made for super easy navigation! The location was halfway between the beach and Harbortown, which made for easy biking!

Property was clean - plenty of room - GREAT location to beach, courts & pool - great space - loved all the labels for stuff as it made it easier to know either where something was or where it went. Enjoyed the property & the bikes included. The beds were comfortable & had plenty of extras if needed. Really, really nice property - great management = very responsive & easy to deal with. Absolutely recommend & will definitely book again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best homes we have enjoyed on HHI since we started visiting 23 years ago! It has everything needed to enjoy a short or long vacation. We would highly recommend this rental to snowbirds or families enjoying a summer getaway. We will be back and we thank the owners for sharing their beautiful Sea Pines Home!
