Full amenities, fully furnished, HVAC only, full kitchen, coffee/wine station, dining table, sofa and recliners, private 6 x 15 balcony overlooking bay & spectacular sunset. Swim with the dolphins, snorkel at Sombrero Reef, fishing/sunset cruise, jet skiing, Charter excursions available! Bring your golf clubs the course is open to the public!
BOATERS- You can even bring your boat!... or rent one, with easy access (10 min) to the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of America in 10 minutes when departing from your protected birth on Boot Key Harbor. There is an additional fee for boat slips -- please inquire.
PETS- no pets allowed, Minimum 30-day rental
