Enjoy this ocean front piece of paradise and relax from the daily stress. This spacious two bedrooms two bathrooms apartment has full ocean view with a private beach and heated pool. The building is very peaceful. You can go hunting for treasures in the sand or lay on the beach or by the pool to unwind. From the balcony you can catch sight of the manatees when they come to visit. You can also see the small nurse shark that comes almost every afternoon or the schools of dolphins and fish that swim by.

Wonderful place! Extremely clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our week in the Keys. Perfect location for beautiful sunrises and beach views. Would highly recommend this property!

This place is awesome. I would not stay anywhere else in Marathon after booking this location. Great views especially of the sunrise. While the beach was a little dirtier than normal from recent storms it really didn’t matter with the private beach area and pool. The accommodations were 5 with tons of little things you would not normally expect in a VRBO. Super clean and lovely furnishings inside. The kitchen is fully stocked with most things you would need to cook inside. CLEAN..CLEAN..CLEANNo issues at check in or departures and the owner sends a great welcome package that really helps. The recommendations were spot on to give you a jump start to relaxing.

Maylin was absolutely amazing! The condo was literally the cleanest we’ve ever stayed! Our kids would comment on how good it smelled in there every time we opened the door! It was steps to the beach, and everything we needed (whether it was to rent a fishing pole, run to Publix, or go snorkeling) were all so close to the condo. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be back!!

Best on the Beach!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! Extremely clean, timely responses, amazing view, perfect place to walk the beach! We highly recommend this condo, and working with Maylin. The location was perfect for seeing Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach, driving to Key West, and all other things we wanted to do! We will defiantly rebook here when we come back!

Exceptional property!

This is our third trip to Marathon, and I can’t say enough how awesome this property was. Gorgeous views, beautiful decor, immaculate accommodations, and a super responsive and informative host! Beautiful Place

All was great, only hitch was the television instructions did not work & we had to figure it out for ourselves & football we wanted to watch we had to subscribe to view. Unfortunate, so off to the sports bar we needed to go after paying plenty for a nice big condo.

Beautiful Location!

We had an excellent stay at Coco Plum Beach! The condo was lovely. It was just as described and had everything we needed. We appreciated the fact that the condo complex was not overly large. We had a relaxing stay and look forward to staying here again sometime.

Home in the Keys

My family of 5 spent a wonderful week in this fabulous vacation rental. Let me start with our professional and thoughtful host, Maylin, who kindly enabled and expedited 2 complete booking changes for us prior to arrival. Contact was always easy, efficient & friendly, and her recommendations for eateries & things to do were also very helpful. The rental unit itself is a dream, and the view is spectacular. The apartment is fully stocked with everything to make the place feel like home. It has wonderful natural light, and the pictures really don’t lie. We spent the week enjoying the sounds of the waves & spotting a few dolphins while sitting on the balcony, and we caught some incredible sunrises while walking along the beach or sitting by the pool. And the view while cooking from the kitchen is simply stunning…water straight ahead and a palm tree with coconuts & an occasional iguana in view to the right. Something to mention, the beach is unfortunately full of washed-up seaweed, but the area by the rental unit and the neighboring apartment complex is cleaned daily. You can also head to Sombrero or Bahia Honda, both within driving distance. If you are looking for a centrally located, beautiful rental on the Keys, I highly recommend this place. Thanks again to Maylin for everything!

Key’s paradise

Our stay at Coco Plum Condominiums was absolutely amazing. My husband and girls had stayed in this building three years ago and loved its location, quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach. This time, our friends walked in, saw the view and gasped. We spent each morning on the porch, drinking coffee and talking, and finished each evening listening to the waves. The condo itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is a wonderful place to fully relax and unwind with unforgettable views. The pool is Oceanside, clean and in good shape. The last morning before leaving for the airport, a pod of dolphins swam past, topping off a perfect week. Maylin was available if we needed anything, but since everything was perfect, we didn’t need to contact her. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, nicer place to stay in the Keys.

It’s a key location

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home in the perfect location on the Keys. It was so quiet and the sunrises were beautiful. We enjoyed staying here so much we hope to return next time we visit the Keys.

Marathon 2024

This is a lovely condo. Very clean, well-equipped, and looks like recently updated. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved the property and its location right on the beach.

It was exactly what we were looking for and made our first trip to the Keys very special! We really liked the screened balcony as weather was very nice to keep doors open. Thank You!!

Some issues, but nice condo

Nice, clean condo. Stocked kitchen. Firm bed. We did not like the screened in balcony. Loved the very warm pool! Wonderful ocean view and a walkable beach. I found many long-spined star shells and other cool small shells. I accidentally booked this property when an Vrbo email said to book now while I was booking the following week at another city. (I had this property on the saved list.) I reached out to host to cancel within a few hours and she said due to payment received to contact Vrbo. Then Vrbo said it had to be done by host. I messaged host. Two days later still not resolved. Host said to initiate cancellation but when I tried, it stated no refund. Host did not reply if she would actually refund or not. Very disappointed how this went down, extra expenses involved with arriving a week earlier. Elevator was not working upon arrival and it was several days before it was repaired. It would have been nice to know prior to arrival since it had been out for OVER a week. Condo is on the third floor and my husband has mobility issues. We rescheduled tours as once he got up there to condo, he wasn't going to deal with stairs daily. I asked specially about the elevator prior to booking. Lack of communication.
