Private Oceanfront 3 bedroom 2 Bath conch house with new 2024 Swim Spa


Unlike the others, This classic keys conch home is located on a private lot right on the ocean. The Awesome waterfront views while sitting under the tiki or in the 2024 swim spa are our guests favorite spots. The one story private property boasts 3 bedrooms, two baths and an additional outdoor shower. The home is beautifully decorated (not a typical rental) well maintained and adequately supplied. The private pier allows access for kayaking, or fishing. Home is supplied with 3 kayaks, a peddle boat, 2 paddle boards , 5 bicycles a few fishing poles and even snorkeling equipment for outdoor fun. The lot is large enough for parking a trailer with a boat. Local boat launching is available a few streets away for daily use, as there is no access by motor boat to the pier. Feel free to check out our guests kind reviews. We also have many returning clients. Come enjoy all the keys has to offer from a home that will allow you to experience a by-gone era. We absolutely love this place! This was our second year staying here and have already reserved it for the same time. The host is always quick to respond if we have any questions. The house is in a quiet, off the road location which makes it perfect for taking out the kayaks that are provided. It is super clean and is exactly how it’s pictured. Our favorite activity is to sit under the tiki hut and play ring toss. Highly recommend!

We loved the location! We enjoyed the wildlife on the property. The view was beautiful and we sat under the tiki hut every day. The home was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. It was roomy and the beds were comfortable. We went out to eat for most of our meals, great restaurants nearby, but when we did cook , we found the kitchen had what we needed. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. We had a wonderful vacation in Marathon!

Everything about this home was better than I had anticipated. Everything felt like home from the moment we arrived. I loved the outdoor space and how it made you just want to sit oitside under the tiki hut the whole trip to take in that view. I appreciated all the extra things provided in the home, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and all toiletries made it where I could have packed a lot less stuff, I'll know for our next trip, since this cant be our only trip here! They caught lots of different fish right off shore, including nusing shanks. What an amazing trip and wonderful memories made this week! Loved the rooms, beds were conformable and all the decorations made this space even more special! Host had amazing communication, feels like we made new friends!

Our family really enjoyed this place. Great location right on the water. Plenty of amenities to choose from including a large hot tub that you could probably swim laps in. The house was clean. We can't say enough about this property. We would definitely try and book this place again on our next trip to the keys.

Our stay was awesome! This house has everything you need. The swim spa was amazing. The tiki hut was a wonderful place to sit and the fans were life savers with the heat and the mosquitoes in the evenings. The pictures were a perfect description of the house.

It is a very nice house. My people really enjoyed the tiki hut and sitting outside where there’s an ocean breeze blowing on you. I would highly consider renting this house again if we were in the marathon area again.

We loved all about this home. The attention to detail was wonderful. The location was perfect and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The place was clean and had all you could ever need. Our youngest daughter and her husband used this vacation as their baby moon as she is about to give birth in 5 weeks. We will certainly come back. We loved it and recommend the place completely.

Amazing Week!

We absolutely loved our visit! Despite the smelly seaweed here and there, we enjoyed every second of our vacation. This property is 10 out 10 in every aspect! Location was perfect. We went to Key West one day, rented a boat for two days in Little Torch, ate amazing meals both at the house and at numerous restaurants. The view is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings soaking in the swim spa. Thank you so much to Cyndie and Ray for sharing their home with us! We will definitely be back!

This was our third stay at this property. We had a great time. The fish were biting this week, and we caught lots of mangrove snapper and even a juvenile tarpon from the dock. The new swim spa is a great addition. Great place to stay and enjoy the Florida Keys!

I'd just be repeating what everyone else has said so suffice it to say everything is as advertised, both in the listing and reviews. If you come here and can find gripe, that's probably a you problem, not one with the home or its location. I don't think I'll ever sit with my morning coffee again without thinking of that view. Return visit better than ever!

This was our third visit to this property and it won't be the last. We love everything about this place. One day we only left for dinner because everything we wanted was right there. We brought some heavy duty fishing gear with us and spent many hours fishing from the dock. We caught tarpon, barracuda, sharks, snappers, grunts and others. Bugs were bad at night so be sure to bring a good repellent.After fishing we would relax in the great new spa. As usual, everything was clean and very well provisioned. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. If you are looking for a private fishing charter, we really like Infinite Blue. Close by and we caught lots of fish. Otherwise the Marathon Lady party boat is a good choice. Three recommendations for cook your catch are Castaways, Lazy Days and The Island Fish Co. If you want to cook your own, there is a grill and well equipped kitchen.We can't wait for our return visit next year.

Spring getaway

Stayed 7 nights in this beautiful home! Every picture is completely accurate. The views are awesome and it was very private with plants growing on either side of the property. Cindie has thought of everything and there is so much to do you don’t ever have to leave. The hot tub was huge and great to sit there and watch the evening light over the water.
