Enjoy a luxurious stay in this SPACIOUS condo located in the safe and quiet gated complex “Bridges at Ocotillo”. The condo is an end unit situated on one floor (2nd floor) and features over 1600 square feet of living space on one level, including 2 master bedrooms (split) and open style living areas off of a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen; all overlooking the water. Relax on the large, quiet balcony in the morning with your coffee, or open a nice bottle of wine in the evening and take in the view of the waterway and listen to the soothing sounds of the fountains.

This condo is perfect for 2 couples because it provides privacy for both with its split bedroom setup.

This resort-style complex features a heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse and fitness facility – all located very close to the unit (2 minute walk). The complex is located within 5 minutes of the Ocotillo Golf Course which is a gorgeous course with 27 holes of championship golf rated 4 stars by Golf Digest and rated 1 of the 3 “must play” courses in the Valley by its readers. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay. It is well appointed with quality furnishings, décor, electronics and kitchen “stuff.” Wood floors grace the main areas and granite counters finish off the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a variety of small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. In addition, there are kitchen basics such as spices and condiments. Dine in using the Weber barbecue on the balcony, or dine out at one of the many restaurants close by.

The living room is furnished with quality couches and a reclining massage chair, a 50 inch flat screen HD TV Smart TV (connects to Internet for Youtube, Netflix, television shows, apps etc). This television has a premium HD cable package including sports. In addition, the living room has a Blu-Ray DVD player and BOSE sound dock. An additional loft area is located at the opposite end of the condo complete with 40 inch HD TV and regular DVD player with an assortment of DVD movies. The loft has a queen-sized pull out bed for extra guests - with a comfy mattress!

The bedrooms are separated by the open style living room/dining room/ kitchen to provide extra comfort and privacy. The rooms are both master bedrooms with their own dual sink ensuites with marble countertops. One of the ensuites has a separate shower and garden tub. There is a King bed in one bedroom and a Queen in the other bedroom. The King bed is a high-end Stearns and Foster mattress which is so comfy! The Queen is a high-end Serta pillow top mattress. Both beds are comfortable and have high quality linens.

If you don't feel like bringing your clubs, there are 2 sets available for your use. In addition there are 2 mountain bikes for your use.

LOCATION
The complex is located 20 minutes from either major airport in Phoenix in the Ocotillo area of Chandler. It is only 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 5 minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center which boasts some of the best shopping and dining options in the Valley. Premium Outlets is only 10 minutes away by car. The condo is very central to everything you wish to do and see in Phoenix. In addition, the neighbourhood is home to many parks, man-made lakes, and walking/riding paths.
