The place could be ready at check-in time. I had to call to get the front door opened and it should be stated in the information that thereā€™s no soap shampoo conditioner in any bathroom the hot tub was not ready. It had not been sanitized. Contra with the owner said. After I sanitized it with three lids of sanitizing shock it was fine. The next day this house was on the expensive side. And the two of us did not need this big of house house was clean and comfortable.

Very nice house, great neighborhood, had everything we needed.

Clean and well stocked kitchen, nice appliances. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The only minor complaint was the lack of available cable channels. Even basic channels like ESPN and CNN were not available, subscription needed to watch. Would rent again, need to plan ahead for tv options.

My husband and I have been coming to AZ in March for 10+ years and this property is the cleanest and most organized we have rented! Well stocked kitchen and pictures of this property are very true to what you get. Owners were very attentive and accessible. Great location!

This property is beautiful and well kept. Convenient location. It is in a community that is very safe. We were able to take long walks daily. Highly recommended.

My buddy and I stayed here for an event at the Radford racing school. The house was clean and modern. The neighborhood was well-kempt and quiet (except for the noisy mourning doves and great-tailed grackles). There are three bedrooms. The two smaller ones had blackout shades, but the master for some reason didn't. I stayed in the master and my only complaint was the lack of blackout shades. It was hard to fall back asleep when the sun came up at 5am. The beds were comfortable and clean. I'd say medium firmness. Pillows were comfortable too, supporting all sleep positions. No strong fragrances on the sheets or comforter, which I really appreciated. The only complaint from my buddy was the neighbor next door and his dog barking at 5am, which happened all four days of the stay. Also, if you're renting a car, make sure you rent a compact if you plan on parking in the garage, as that's the only size that will fit, length-wise.

Nice property and great location for my needs. Typical rental with older style decor and loose faucets. Lots of instructions posted for weekly renter requirements and what ā€œnot to doā€ items. Spa water looked Green and had a weird oder so it wasnā€™t used. Nice washer & dryer and amenities in kitchen. Bed very comfortable!

Very nice! Wanted to spend more time at the place.

Just perfect for a quick 4 day visit with family events. We did not cook or have time to relax, but it looked perfect for vacationing. So much nicer than a motel.

Perfect place!

This home was perfect in every way! Very kind owners, it was clean and well stocked, itā€™s in a perfect neighborhood, and the hot tub and ability to use the garage were added bonuses! We enjoyed playing the games and we could have made a great meal in the well appointed kitchen! (Too many good restaurants nearby though) The beds were comfy, they had fans and TVs in every room! We had a perfect stay, thank you so much!

Beautiful home & neighbourhood!

Hosts were very friendly and responsive to our questions which were minimal. Home was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after our days of walking and hiking.
