This home is meant to be rented as a family and friends retreat. As of 2025, we will no longer offer this property for a wedding headquarters. There are no events, tents, catered affairs, parties, bachelor/bachelorette's, or weddings of any size allowed at this property.

Very bright home with 4 bedrooms (*Seasonal 5th bedroom located in separate pool house with king bed and 1/2 bath) and 3.5 baths, large pool (May 15-Sept 15 +/- a few days) with pool house and lots of outdoor seating options!

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom-2nd floor-king with wood stove insert, full bath, steam room/shower (closet located in the hall, no access to master closet)

Bedroom 2 and 3 - 2nd floor-both with full beds and shared jack and jill bath with stand up shower

Bedroom 4 - 1st floor queen bedroom with hall bath with stand up shower

Bedroom 5- *SEASONAL*-In separate pool house with king bed and 1/2 bath

**Please note, all the bedrooms in this house are on the small side**

This house has central air conditioning throughout the main house, the pool house has a new (2026) mini split AC/Heat unit.

Maximum number of occupants is capped at 10 people. With the owner consent and under certain circumstances, more registered guests may be added at an addition fee of $50 per night per person regardless of age. (Must get written approval)

Due to the homeowners association and the town restriction, there can only be a maximum of 6 passenger cars on the property at any given time. (Even temporary)
No campers, boats or trailers.

Occupancy and use is limited to the registered guests only.

Due to severe, life threatening allergies, NO ANIMALS allowed at this rental, if you need to bring your pet/animal , please find a pet friendly rental option.
