This lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a detached private casita to make 4th bdrm with a fridge.Tall wood beam vaulted ceilings and stylish lighting fixtures set off the warm ambiance of this spacious home. A living room that was decorated and furnished for pure comfort is accented by the wall mounted 60”HDTV. A surround sound system fills the entire home with your favorite music. An amazing kitchen awaits with a formal dining rm, informal eating area, bar with sink also and an eating bar. Your very own resort awaits in the private beautifully landscaped backyard with sparkling pool, soothing spa, pampering outdoor furniture, and BBQ grille. This is truly the ideal vacation pool house rental.
We do have a queen blow up bed and and a high chair for a child.
Watch hikers up in the hills walk up to the cross from your own back yard! Swimming Pool is 15 x 30, 3’ one end 5’ the other end.

Amazing outdoor space!

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults + 4 kids. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of space to hang out indoors and out. Pool area was a highlight for kids & adults. Plenty of pool toys, lounging furniture and shade. Nice hikes close by and not far from Whole Foods & restaurants/ shopping.

Excellent

We enjoyed our stay the pool was delightful, we are two grandparents with son and wife and two children. We all had a wonderful stay. The only hiccup was one of the air conditioner units stopped working. The owner was very responsive however we were without for a few days. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again if we were in the area.

Secluded Backyard Oasis

This house was just great!!! There was even a Christmas tree, all set up and lit, as part of the decor, which meant a lot to us since we arrived here on Christmas Day and departed on New Year's Day. We LOVED our stay here... especially the backyard with its attractive pool and wonderful stone hot tub with the mini "waterfall" feature on the side, with water gurgling into the adjacent big pool. The kitchen was exceedingly well equipped, and the entire lovely house itself was perfect for the five of us.... two six-foot sons... their parents... and one grandmother (me) who was happy to settle into the separate little casita. The house was well maintained and perfectly located for our needs, as well, for the many sites, sights, and scenes... and Palm Desert area hikes!... that this beautiful area offers. Although there was a cold snap going on during our stay... and locals were bundled up in puffy jackets and wool hats.... we found the temps delightful and the sunshine always welcome. We definitely plan to return again to this wonderful part of the valley!.... and hopefully again to this house, depending on the number of us in the travel party. Try this welcoming house with its accommodating and helpful owners --- you'll be very glad that you did!

Lovely home. Great location!

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped and spacious. Very nice to have some basic household supplies on our arrival as well as olive oil and condiments - nice touch! The organically grown grapefruit from the tree were absolutely delicious. Pool well maintained. Pool guy Orlando - very pleasant and conscientious. Any questions to owner, Kim, were responded to very quickly. Just a couple of small points - 'blackout' curtains in the master bedroom would be a great addition. Perhaps upgrade the patio dining table and one loose umbrella.

This is our second year at this property and we still love it! The house and casita have everything you could ever want for a wonderful home away from home in Palm Desert! From the gourmet kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms, to the pool and spa ... they all made our vacation one we will always remember! Close enough to great golfing and shopping to make everyone happy .... thanks, Kim and Ed, for making this such an awesome place !

We felt like we were "coming home" to our special place in the desert. Thank you Kim, hope to return

what more could we ask for: a remarkable home minutes to shops, restaurants and, of course, golf. A pristine pool and relaxing hot tub made us forget our missed birdie putts, and provided a secluded area for shared insults with each other. we are fortunate to have discovered Palm Desert and this oasis. Why did we ever vacation elsewhere!

A real treat!

We started our mornings with picking fruit and making fresh fruit...what more can you ask for! The house was very well appointed and gave us a truly relaxing break from our hectic lives. The location was fantastic and we went home with a load of incredible experiences and very relaxed. We will be back!

Fantastic Winer Escape!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. We found the house immaculately clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. The house is set in a very nice neighborhood, close to shopping and very close to the outstanding Living Desert Zoo. We cooked most of our meals and the large kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and appliances. The kitchen table seating 6 looks out on a courtyard with a lovely grapefruit tree laden with very sweet tasting fruit. The dining room table would easily seat 10. The highlight of the house is the sparkling salt water pool and jacuzzi set in a beautiful, private garden with palms, hummingbirds and even a mountain view! The owner was very helpful and replied quickly to our queries. We rent vacation homes several times a year to get together with family and this is one of the very best!

Happy Home

I have rented this property for several years and I always leave with the same thought, "can't wait til next year!" The home is all you could ask for. Beautiful outdoors with pool, interior tastefully done with a very home like feel. If you want to leave the house (which I rarely do) any type of entertainment is within minutes. Shopping, movies, water park, hiking etc. I have had the privilege of meeting the owners and you couldn't ask for nicer, more accommodating people. Thanks guys! See you next year.

Fabulous Vacation Home

We have rented many vacation homes over the years - in the U.S., Peru, Thailand etc., but this was by far the best ever! The home is so well equipped, so comfortable, and everything works properly! The pool is beautiful! Loved the grapefruit and orange trees and we picked lots to eat! The fruit was delicious. It is such a good location - handy for shopping, golf, hiking, and the zoo for the children. The kitchen is spacious, clean and very well equipped - nothing missing at all.

Absolutely Perfect!

We rented this property over the Memorial holiday and it was perfect from the moment we walked in the door. The house is very spacious, open and inviting. If you love to cook, like we do, this kitchen has absolutely everything you need to get your gourmet on! The backyard is just as wonderful, with plenty of space, comfy seating and privacy. They supplied plenty of rafts and pool toys for the kids. The owners were so accommodating to us. I hope to return soon!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The casita was great for my daughter, her husband and their 11 week old baby. The pool and fire pit were enjoyed by all and the kitchen was a treat to cook in. The large dinning table was perfect for enjoying home cooked meals with our extended family that came for the weekend and the smaller, round, in-kitchen dinning table was the perfect spot for rousing games of cards. The house was clean, neat and inviting. We would go back again.

Great Time

This was our first time in Palm Springs and we had a great time. The property was A-1. Close to all amenities and close to all major roads. Only 1.5 hours from L.A. and 1 hour from wine tours. The weather was the what we were expecting. Would rent this property again. The owners were very easy to talk to if there was any problem. Thanks for the great house.

We live in Seattle, Wa and we fell in love with the sunshine, palm tree's and beautiful mountains that surround us. We love all the golf, hiking, easy travel to San Diego, L.A., or Big Bear for the mountains.

Our home is maintained to the highest standards. Every amenity has been thought of for your ultimate enjoyment and comfort. We try to do some type of remodel or updating each time we are there in the off season.
We have monthly rates available! We are only able to rent for 28 days or more at a time per Palm Desert rules.
